La ubicación y la habitación.

Nos disgustó especialmente que a la hora de decidir si un niño debía pagar por el desayuno o no era el ojo de la responsable del hotel, ella decidía bajo su criterio que niño debía pagar o no. Nos ocurrió que dos niños de igual edad, la señora decidió que uno debía pagar como adulto y el otro no. Obviamente decidimos desayunar fuera al segundo día. Por otro lado el parking estrecho, tuvimos problemas para meter el coche.

La habitación y el baño eran amplios y parecía todo muy nuevo. La cama era cómoda. Está muy cerca del centro y de los monumentos principales.

Aunque había un aparato de climatización, la habitación no se calentaba y hacía frío. El sistema para entrar/salir del garaje era un poco complicado, pero tampoco suponía un problema.

The receptionist spoke no English, but we somehow got by! She was very patient with my basic Spanish! Secure underground parking (for a price), cold air conditioning in the rooms. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. It's a short walk into the charming town centre, which was quite vibrant on a Friday night.

We had noisy neighbours who came & went at all hours. The corridor has no sound insulation, just hard surfaces, so their slamming door became tedious. There was no breakfast offered, nor any sign of it the next morning in any case. We didn't actually see any staff as we left.

the room was spacious and the beds comfortable. the hotel is within a few minutes walking distance from the city center. the staff is very helpful. and the breakfast was good.

it is a little pricey. the parking is not included in the price of the room.

Great location not far from motorway and walking access to the historic quarter. Reasonably priced private parking.

Like the secure underground parking for my motorcycle ( 6 extra euros ) ...Bathroom water was super hot...Hotel was in a town that has enough shopping facilities for the passing through traveller and , for me, was close enough to get to the Bardenas Reales for a day's messing about in the 'desert' on a bike.

Hotel is physically shut in the daytime with a phone number on the front door to contact a person to eventually come and let you in...No Front desk staff !!...Imagine that in England or New York?? .... Just not good enough, especially when the booking has been made on line and the drop-down box for my time of arrival was ticked at 1400-1500...

Secure parking accessed by car lift. Close to motorway. Ideally located for shops, bars & restaurants. Perfect for overnight stay when travelling up to Basque Country, Cantabria, etc.

The location was great! Nice hotel, friendly staff, very clean, spacious rooms and 5min walk to the plaza and near food and cafes!

Nothing really other then a fridge in the room would be great but it was a lovely stay
