The location close to metro and main shopping mall is perfect. Reception staff and housekeeping.

Some of the room equipment seemed obsolete and not well maintained. For the amount of money we paid this should be perfect. Poor room isolation from slamming doors from neigboring rooms and corridor. This is better in many hotels where noise cancellation is better managed.

The room was excellent, exactly as described and in pictures. Spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff was accommodating, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spotless, and I didn't even have to ask for extra towels or pillows as they were always provided.

Nothing, the stay was remarkable.

The hotel was too far away from everything. Pool and pool area too small (14 sunbeds for the entire hotel). The staff was rude, no idea about public transport or spas and restaurants in the area. The cleaning staff was rude and pushy to clean the rooms - knocked on the door at 8:30 one morning to clean the room. The highlight was the day we left. We asked for a small towel to freshen up before heading to the airport - I had to ask for the manager to get a towel, as the reception staff didn't want to give me a towel.

Rooms and amenities, maintenance throughout the building beyond expectation for a hotel which we have stage many many times before.. basically, it shouldn’t have four stars.

the In room service food was miserable!! same silly food every day of the week. no option. No accommodation o customer choice. worst vegetarian food choices. we will not stay there again mainly because of the food choices!!
