When its dinner and breakfast time it is like you are in a hunting place. You need to hunt for your table and before that you have to wait like 30mins before you can enter the restaurant.

the food was not grate, I found hair in my food on two different days in most of the foods I got, my parter also got food poisoning by the pork they served

EVERYTHING DO NOT TRY TO USE THIS AS LAYOVER BEFOR THE FLIGHT FROM GIRONA :) friendly advise but it's totally up to a customer to choose any apt/hotel for the stay. I would only recommend this property (at this period of time) for some one who doesn't have any other option. Don't de fooled by the price. You better end up paying a bit more. Seriously. This hotel will suite you if you are deaf and have no car. If you can hear well and you are a driver then: 1) There is no parking available no where near the property at this time of the year (only per $). Public is free but there is so many people that there is no chance to find empty spot till 22:00 2) People are partying till about 2am at the entrance (while smoking) and then they all go sleep and you can hear them all around till about 3am (that was the time we woke up as we had to leave to airport). Perhaps you can hear them longer. 3) The walls are made of paper apparently. 4) AC doesn't work ( that's why you have to keep balcony door open and her all the party till 2 AM) 5) Bathroom. Well. This is hostel level bathroom I would say. (never been in the hostel) 6) The hotel is huge and there is only one elevator (for around 4-6p. that's no luggage) It's also super slow :))) so another 10 min there every time you go up and down.

Just the staff's attention was good. The rest is pretty bad. I am very disappointed with this hotel. It is noisy, not good cleaning. The bed are very bad. Food is the same. I had to pay for the water when in Cataluya they have a law that water is for free in this type of service. Wifi, was insane, not working. Please, it is essential that booking.com shows the real images of the hotel.

Really dirty, unable to handle many guests. To have dinner 1hr of line. To have breakfast same. Room really old, bathroom to fix. Will not come back to stay there.

We enjoyed all meals and drinks! Friendly staff - I could reach them any time, they helped me with all questions, even if I asked several times the same and wanted to make it all clear. Also, it was a pleasure that you can invite clean staff to your room without added payment. We like sweemingpools - clean and warm water. The location is fantastic, near the shop and 10 min to the sea.

The coffee machines, sometimes it gave me not that drink which I expected. The noise in the dining room.

Very big queue when we arrived that took quite a long time to check people in The property doesn’t have a car park they ask you to go and park the car in the back of the hotel which is a private car park and cost €10 per night but it wasn’t very safe to park there as our car was scratched in the back from someone else The hotel itself it was quite large but very old they have painted but still looked very dated . The food that they served it was quite bad I want to go back there again

The refurb has improved the outside areas and the bedrooms a lot.

The enamel bath surface needs replacing and a new shower curtain would be a cheap improvement to make as shower curtains are old and discoloured.
