Excellent breakfast, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the location was fantastic. Visited as part of a hen do and everything was great. One of us left a pair of earrings behind and the hotel found them and posted them back to us. Thank you!

Location of the property is great, walking distance to the beach and main shopping street. Rooms are nice and clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. We had a large room with a huge balcony and Jacuzzi on balcony. I love the balcony and relaxing seating area. Hotel is small but has everything you need. I was happy to see that there was attachment for curly hair for the hair dryer, which I have never seen in Hotels before. The food was delicious and most of the days, we had breakfast and dinner included. There was a lot of varieties, including seafood, my only complaint is that the food was sometimes too salty.

there was no sound proof between rooms and we could hear everything from the room next-door, good thing is that people were pretty quiet, so we had no problems.

The property is really nice and the food was nice as well, but front office staff need more training.

The staff are so fake specially the guy who dis my check in Antonio he thought that maybe I don’t have idea about Hospitality etc.. i booked my honeymoon with them when I arrived there they told there’s no info about the honeymoon package etc.. i even shown them my conversation with one of their staff then they tried to just give me excuses thinking that just offering me a glass 🥃 of drink is enough to solve the issue… I’m sorry guys i came from Dubai to Barcelona just to celebrate my honeymoon that what you did is ruined everything to be honest with.. check my LinkedIn you’ll see who I’m.. have being handling a 5 ⭐️luxury hotel in most luxury place in Dubai so I know how to handle unsatisfy guest not what you had offered to me.. by the way i did use it. Just be honest with you customers because people comes very far away just to enjoy maybe 1 o 2 nights in your property so do you best level make them feel happy they’re not asking nothing free but good service and safety… you have a nice property just the staff need more training about guests satisfaction so on.

The only downside was the pools were a little on the small side and in order to go to a bigger pool, you had to pay for the Spa

The breakfast was excellent, the location was very good despite a short walk down to the beach. The rooms and the whole hotel was very clean and the atmosphere was really nice. The hotel bar was also very nice with bartenders who knew what they were doing.

The swiming pool on the roof top is small but, if you manage to get a bench or a seat it is a very good place to sunbathe and cool off in the pool. The room had large TV with many entertaining stations to watch but all with spanish voiceover, which should be forbitten.

Location was excellent close to restaurants shops etc less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Drink prices where reasonable good bar menu the steak was excellent. Staff where great.

Not so much I did not like but l booked the parking which was underground and very tight as I am used to narrow mountain roads not a problem but if you are nervous re parking in tight spaces you are warned.

Lovely, clean, modern hotel. Beautiful pool, sunbathing and seating areas. Staff were wonderful with one salty bartender as the exception. Location is fantastic. Breakfast (which we wouldn't normally book, it just came as part of the room package) was so, so good. Such a varied selection, all fresh.

The three pools are all beautiful and instagramable, but none are deep enough to swim in. This was a real shame.

Please note that it’s just a summary of the whole story. I got a very dirty room. Hairs everywhere in the bathroom, the WC hadn’t been sanitized for ages. Even on the wall behind there were stains of supposedly human feces. Even the curtains in the room had greasy stains on them. Foodwise, I was upset with the dinner too. Forks were dirty and had supposedly cheese residue on them. Pasta which was suppose to be fresh was clearly a mixture of yesterday’s batch and actually fresh pasta. Rice was so overcooked it could hardly hold its shape. I tried tuna end some other fish. The tuna was impossible to chew and the other fish was clearly undercooked. I claimed my dissatisfaction politely to the manager the next morning. She was understanding, however while I was waiting for her at the lobby (I thought she went to talk to her superiors) they actually went to check up my room. I was unaware of that until the director of the hotel dropped it in our conversations later on. Fortunately, I’ve got to get a refund and left the hotel immediately. I planned to stay there for almost 2 weeks and enjoy my holiday, however now I had to change my schedule and eventually I will not have a holiday I was anticipating and looking forward to.
