The room was great but the building needs some upgrades. When we arrived only one elevator was working and it was like that for all 7 days and the day we left still not working. I recommend OTIS elevator service. Another headache was with keys, need to use for re entry and every door. I recommend Lenel Blue Diamond readers. The building is in desperate need of upgrades to make it more pleasant. The room was clean and included pretty much everything you need in the kitchen. It did not have a pasta strainer for pasta but our friends stayed on the same floor with us and were able to use theirs. Not a big deal. Overall we liked our stay and weather was great.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is very nicely furnished. The bed is one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on! The beach was not crowded and we also enjoyed visiting the Ponce Inlet area.

Clean, quiet place! Has everything you need: dishes, extra pillows and blankets, beach towels. It’s away from the noisy area of Daytona but close to everything. Advice though is that if your mobility isn’t good, might want to go elsewhere because the stairs to the beach are short and steep.

We had a wonderful time during our 10 day stay. The condo was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The manager Lisa, was very nice and accommodating, showing us all around the complex and giving us tips on places to eat and shop. Other tenants in the complex were very friendly We are looking forward to returning next year and hopefully extend our stand longer then 10 days.

First thing we noticed was that Jill & Jeff are very engaged owners and they responded to our questions within minutes. (Even before we rented) The place was easy to find and comfortable. Everything we needed was there at hand. Thanks again for a pleasant stay.

The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was welcoming. The other people in the building were friendly. It was nice having a secure area to park and store bicycles.

The condo was spotless and the sunset from the balcony was super! You could see the intercoastal waterway. A great value. We arrived A little off schedule and were treated so well by the manager. Communication was superb! We definitely felt like it was home away from home and everyone was so accommodating whether it was referrals for a great breakfast place for happy hour! The ocean was super beautiful and the pool was very relaxing and even warm! We enjoyed a quiet little spot on loungers. It almost felt like our private deck. Workout room was great! We should’ve used it more but we enjoy the ocean too much! We also took advantage of the library. The condo was super well stocked right down to salt and Pepper ketchup and mustard. Cooking in was great and many great restaurants nearby. We definitely will come again! Armand and Colleen

The condo was beautiful. The only drawback is it faces the front of the building not the ocean. We did get some amazing pictures of the sunset though.

After starting our vacation off pretty stressful, at the last minute we needed a nice clean place to enjoy the rest of our vacation. We found this and it was perfect. It was just me and my 6 year old and it was the perfect place for us. I wish we would have found it sooner and spent the whole week there. The condo was wonderful as well as the pool and the whole complex. I have absolutely no complaints and plan on going back. To top it off the people there where absolutely amazing as well!!!

So convenient. So beautiful. Just amazing and the decor is done so very well. Had everything you could possibly need. The pool area is great, used the outside grill, cooks evenly and hot!!! Ocean view from the pool is breathtaking. Other guest were super friendly and made life long friends. Definitely a home away from home. Also used Instacart And our groceries were delivered within the hour of arrival. Great service!!

We enjoyed our stay and go to Daytona a lot. The condo is perfect for two people and is the cleanest place I think I have ever rented off VRBO.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo week of June 10. This condo does not face the ocean, which can be good in the mornings, but somewhat disappointing when you want to sit on the balcony in the afternoons and just look out over the ocean. Two (2) negatives (1) no coffee pot - only a Keurig. I purchased an inexpensive coffee pot and just left it in the condo for others to use if they would like. (2) you have to have a key to get into the building from any direction, and we only had one set of keys, which made it a little difficult for either of us to go anywhere without the other one - I couldn't leave my husband on the beach while I went shopping because he would have had no way of getting back into the building. It would be nice to have had two sets of keys. We were a little limited on what we could do because of this. Overall, we enjoyed our stay - just had to work through the little nuances. Linda B

We visited Daytona in April for Jeep Beach 2018. Since our stay was planned for 1 week, we decided to book a condo vs a hotel. This condo unit had everything we needed including a full kitchen, laundry inside the unit, towels, beach towels and 2 televisions. Our first impression when we walked in was that it looked exactly as it appeared in the photos and it was clean! The main boardwalk is about a 5 minute drive North. There is direct access to the beach from the pool. The beach ramp for cars to enter the beach is just steps away from the parking entrance. There is gated and covered parking and also outdoor parking. Other residents in the building were also very friendly. We used the pool a few times. There are some chairs and sun loungers on the pool deck. Some people did reserve their chairs early in the morning. The unit faces west, so you can sit on the patio to enjoy the sunset. The owners responded to questions we had very promptly while we were in the process of planning our stay. The cleaning lady for the unit was the one who met us and gave us the keys and a tour of the unit and building. She was also very quick to respond when we had any questions. We were very pleased with this unit as it had everything we needed and expected!

Everything was perfect Ease of check in, beautiful location, walk out back door to beautiful beach, and a great pool. Will definitely be back for another week.

The condo unit and building was kept nice and clean. most of the renters and residence were very friendly. Kitchen could use a updating. The pool was a little on the cool side for a heated pool. The main complaint was we could have rented through the condos management for less then half what we paid by going through the owner Joe & BJ Cozik

The unit was very clean and very nice. The building management and the tenants were all very friendly. The location was nice also. The building was ocean front with a nice pool and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the security building and the secure indoor parking. The only drawback for me was not having views of the ocean, other than that, we had a wonderful time. We would recommend staying here.

Condo exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to a return trip in the future.
