Hotel is 5 mins drive to airport.

If there is a shuttle service between airport and hotel, that would be great. As taxi there are charging too much for such a short drive.

Great location and modern amenities

- Broken shower head - it was painful to take shower - ironed clothes were delivered more than 30 minutes late, so I was late for breakfast and Seamless event - breakfast (both food and venue) are not up to 5-star hotel status - not easy to navigate at room floors

Upon my first step into the hotel, an unpleasing smell filled the air. Regrettably, the same unpleasant scent persisted when I reached my room. Thankfully, my stay was for one night, and I was also dissatisfied with the room's lack of carpeting.

The rooms are spotless and generous in size. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Somehow we ended up with only one double bed, even though we checked in four people, which was frustrating. And we could not get the WiFi to work, but since we only stayed one night we let it pass.

The location was perfect for our needs

The man at reception charged my card for one of the rooms on arrival despite the fact that I paid for all five through Booking.com. I had just arrived on a long international flight and had forgotten that I paid in advance for this one (some of our bookings were pay on check-in). Now I'm having to go through the process of getting my money back. The staff person should have been better trained in how to process online bookings.

Food. Parking lot with sheds.

Room with no furniture, two small rugs beside the bed that's all. Lights were not also a very good experience, when the room is in full light it is still a little dark . It is a little bigger than a small room but no way was this a junior suite, room view was below average, curtains were very old and partially wearing off . The pool was not serviced at all , no coffee no tea . Very overpriced.
