The pictures and description did not match our actual room. The description said “renovated” and showed new flooring. Our room had carpet with stains everywhere. The bed comforter had a stain and the room smelled of smoke. Neighbors in the hall were very loud as well. The lobby also did not have a friendly feel. It cost more than nicer hotels we stayed at in the area. They refunded us one out of three nights after leaving early.

I like how every floor is themed differently it’s a cool experience, I’ve stayed here a few times and I also love how it’s so close to a lot of the night life in Shibuya.

the staff helped me get on a taxi when I left . they were very nice and caring

I was supposed to have a non smoking room but the room I received smelled like an ashtray. the hotel was very expensive and the room I received was very basic with no closet . just a bed

Location was great, trial breakfast was great too.

Room was quite small for 2, no space to dry and put my clothes in the shower/bathroom space. Aircon only had fan of heater option. Floor, under and side of bed very dirty.

The Double Bed was not a double but two uncomfortable singles. Would stay again but have twin beds
