Location, price and room was very good!

Beds were too soft. Two people sleeping in the same bed kept rolling on each other, as you sank too deep into it. Didn't get a good night sleep at all...

The towels stinked. Wifi didn’t work and the walls are the thinnest walls I’ve ever seen. Impossible to sleep.

Regular hotel, good for a overnight stay in the city. Lovely staff.

The hotel is a bit decadend, the room smells bad (as if it was closed without ventilation for a lond time), bed is not comfortable and sheets are old.

Went to this hotel per business needs. Outdated room with bed and bathroom at the same place. No elevator. I will never book again with booking and raise a claim to my company.

Food and changed room better

There were few rooms in Albacete so we had to pay a high cost for a two nights at 596€. On arrival we had to climb 3 flights of stairs, for our aged 78 year old clients, with large suit cases. The expensive attic room there was no lift for us and even the toilet was in the bedroom. Realising the inappropriate attic room the helpful young staff man, he found a small room with a bathroom and a lift within the different of the building. The difficulty of a smaller room with double bed with should have a lower price. We paid 596€ that was not appropriate and half is reasonable say, 298€. The young staff next day was “helpful” and said that we should contact to BOOKING.com. !!??! I have been attending the September feria in Albacete since 1966 and never had such a strange room with no lift and high cost.

The receptionist tried her best to help us dispute the language barrier

There was mould in the shower. We requested a babycot, which they did not provide and instead told us to push the beds together and have our baby in the middle. The walls were paper thin and could hear both occupants either side.

Receptionist was very helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was next door and very nice.

Booked a space in hotel car park but the space was too small for our car. Found free parking a couple of blocks away.

A bit tired but very clean so it didn't really matter. Be aware that the car parking that you can reserve is underground and very tight. I have a large car and scraped it on one of the pillars.

Lily on reception was absolutely lovely. She helped us deal with storing our bikes, located an iron for us , gave me paper and was generally amazing. I hope she can be told of this review, she was superb . The room was very nice, cool, clean , great shower. definitely recommended.

The bar had good service and there was a good tapas selection.

We were in a room which was next to an office and the people in there were always on the phone and talking loudly and fast. The walls were very thin and it was annoying. When it happened after 10pm when we were trying to sleep I had to bang on the wall and they stopped. The underground garage was very difficult to drive in and out and manoeuvre in.

Very good location and easy to find. Close to the bus station where I arrived. Room was very clean and staff very helpful Good value for money for a short stay close to the centre.

The hotel was tired needs a refurb, bathroom shower not good kept falling off the wall, room very basic. Previous reviews didn't match up on trip advisor.

Excellent value, lovely staff and great having parking. Very clean and comfy beds and good bathroom. Great location too.

Rooms were a little noisy

The hotel is centrally located, yet on a quiet residential street. The room was sparkling clean, and the heat could be controlled as to one's level of comfort. The shower has strong pressure. Excellent. Everything was smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend Hotel Principe.

My only complaint is that the shower gel packets are difficult to open. Perhaps, mini bottles would be easier to handle.
