Hotel was tired. Said it had a restaurant but in truth it was a bar serving a limited menu of (good) food

Parking at the hotel is very very tight !

Everything was great. The staff was professional and friendly. I also enjoyed the hotel room as it was very spacious and comfortable. I'd definitely stay in this hotel again if I'd ever travel to Albacete again.

No air conditioner in the room. When I traveled to the city, it was 38 degrees that day, so one can only imagine how hot it can get indoors as a consequence. Especially sleeping was difficult as it was so hot and humid in the hotel room. No sound insulation either. Some other hotel guests were keeping a lot of noise in the corridor at night which was obviously a lowlight given it disturbed my sleeping. The distance from the bus station also felt long to walk, probably due to having a luggage - it's definitely doable, but just feels uncomfortable in the heat.

The staff are excellent. The location is very good and worked perfectly for us. Bed was comfortable and shower was excellent. Ask for an interior room as they are much bigger.

The rooms are tired and lack imagination. The A/C system is old and takes a while to get going. The exterior rooms are very small (16m2). Bath Towels are imaginative, had I imagined I was half my size one may have covered me.

Very central, well kept, clean with good facilities.

The room was very compact, but other than that it's great; the breakfast was on the meager side, but that was possibly due to my language short comings. Another coffee would have been most welcome, you are served at your table, and I may not have understood what was on offer.

The hotel is well located (close to the Feria), provides very clean rooms, fast internet and in the lobby, guests have the opportunity to get a cafe con leche and tostadas. Sometimes the "Carmen restaurant" also offers menu del día. I highly recommend for a stay of one night but also several days. There is a fridge in the room, a hairdryer and a bathtube.

Great Location, was able to access the restaurants and center quite easily. Room were ok for what we paid and overall we didn't have a bad stay.

Restaurant/Reception area was full of smoking smell and it wasn't pleasant.

There was nothing to like there.

The room smelled horrible of chlorine. It was so bad we had to sleep with the window open even if outside was 6°. The bathroom smelled worse, like rotten dead animals. The lamps from the sides of the bed wouldn't turn off during the night so we had to unscrew the bulbs. The toilet was broken, couldn't flush properly. The double bed had one long pillow, for 2 persons in that bed is a nightmare. The courtein had cigarettes burn holes in it. the parking is free just outside the hotel in the street but the hotel charges 12 euros for one day parking.
