Will stay again

The property was perfect for what we wanted to do: explore various springs in the area. The pool was wonderful. It was clean and had ample space around it for people to eat and relax. Plus, there were plenty of towels. The neighborhood is quiet, and accessing the house was easy, as well as the checkout process. The house itself is great for families. We liked the way it was set up and decorated. We did not cook, so we are unsure how well-appointed the kitchen is if you are determined to cook meals. Overall, our experience was great.

Overall this is a great property for a family vacation. The house was spacious and we appreciated having a bathroom in the main bedroom away from our kids (ages 10 and 13.) There is plenty of room to spread out inside and outside of the house. Check-in was incredibly easy and the owners were easy to communicate with, we were even able to check-in early. We had family in the area so that was the big draw for us, we did not do anything on the river and aside from that there is not much to do in the area. Pros: - pool was great, including the pool deck which had plenty of comfortable seating. We spent hours in and around the pool, including using the grill for dinner one evening. - we appreciated having a washer/dryer to keep the pool towels going since we used the pool so much: ) - the house was well stocked with everything we needed, and more: shampoo, body wash, spices for cooking, paper plates and cups and plenty of board games. Towels were plentiful! - I was super appreciative to have the garage to park the car in because of the black wasps keeping guard over the front walkway. Ekkk. Cons: 1) the house is pet friendly and the couch was covered in pet hair. There was also cobwebs on the lights above the dining room table and kitchen table. This seemed strange because it would be easily reachable + cleanable by the cleaning crew. 2) The spiders. We killed several big brown spiders everyday inside the house, that mostly came out of hiding at night.

We stayed for a short time and enjoyed the pool. The host was good at communicating and it’s a nice sized private lot.

The house was very nice with unexpected details such as the outside lighting, several games and wonderful coffee! The only thing needing to be critiqued is the rear bedroom bed was harder than usual. Also, the creamer on the counter should be checked as one was spoiled. All in all, the house added to our holiday enjoyment. Thank you!

We stayed for a week and from the house we visited, paddled, tubed and went swimming at all of these springs: Rainbow Springs, Ginnie Springs (which is actually 7 or 8 different springs along the SantaFe River), Manatee Springs, Fanning Springs, Seven Sisters Springs, Devil's Den Spring (this one is by appointment only), Gilchrist Blue Springs. And we also went ziplining at The Canyons. This house is in great shape, clean, the pool is great, and the location is awesome to see everything in the area!!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The pool was perfect for our rest day, the kitchen was very well-stocked, and having a washer/dryer made packing light easy. A perfect location to explore Rainbow Springs, the Withlacoochee, and a short drive to Crystal River to swim and paddle to Three Sister Springs. Can't recommend this VRBO enough!

Listing misleading about location and water access. The home itself was great. Supplied with everything you may want. The home was well cared and clean. Beds were good. Neighborhood was quiet and nice to walk around. Have a pie at the Front Porch right up the road.

We have stayed here 4 yrs in a row now. It’s perfect location to Lake Russo for my guts and treat pool for me make it a great vacation for us!

We had a great time at this house. It was so well stocked with everything anyone would need. Extremely clean and very relaxing. Hope to stay there again.

What could be better? The setting was pristine. The house was very clean, so open, inviting, & well stocked with everything one might need.. The pool was wonderful, the sun was shining, the nights were cool, the owls and hawks were fabulous. The experience was so quiet and relaxing. The rivers were awesome. We had a wonderful time and Dennis was the perfect property manager.

Great place for a couple or 2 or a family nestled in a great area in the woods with a perfect cozy house, THE BEST PROPERTY that my wife and I have been to and we VRBO a lot! the pool was great everything you need just bring your perishables. The pictures are a accurate depiction of what to expect, we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Allowed us to be near family as well as being near the Withlacoochee River. (Although private dock is not accessible). Enjoyed relaxing around the pool! The house was very generously stocked with just about any supplies you need. I would definitely rent this home again!

We loved our stay here. It’s in a quiet and pretty neighborhood. Minutes from rainbow river. The beds were super comfortable and had everything we needed.

Nice house and pool, not on a river/canal as site stated "just steps away" its across the street behind neighbors. Lanai needs a little TLC other than that great very comfortable house with everything you need. Close to golf courses, restaurants and nice location! Also, our mini dachshund loved it too!

We had an amazing time swimming and fishing in this beautiful, clean, well stocked and maintained house! Definitely recommend.

Enjoyed this property. It was in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was awesome. Very clean and the water was the perfect temperature. The house was well stocked with towels, paper products and all needed amenities.

House is nice and has everything you need for your stay. Just make sure you re wash and dishes and or utensils befor use. There is a roach problem in the kitchen are. Turned on the coffe pot and 2 roaches came out. We continued to see them during our weekend stay all in the kitchen, in the the hall batroom and spare bedroom. Plan your stay if you are going to the springs. No entry on 2 places we tried to go to because of limited capacity. We stayed on the back porch are most them time earing and enjoying the pool area.

This house is lovely! It is very clean and well appointed. If you find yourself needing anything ie: a corkscrew, elastic band, scrubbing pad, it's there! The neighborhood is so quiet that afternoons by the pool were very relaxing. Two things could use addressing. The shared dock seems somewhat neglected and could do with some sprucing up. Also the water or drains have a funky odor. There is a filtration system so I am thinking it's the drains and that makes sense if the place sits empty between renters. We would defiantly return to this rental if we find ourselves in the Dunnellon area again. Thanks for providing such a lovely home.

Perfect place to relax with the family.

Had a great stay! Everything was as advertised. Very nice home. Clean and everything was in working order. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to Withlacoochee Trail and all the Dunnellon area has to offer. Would definitely rent again. Only wish the pool was a little warmer.
