Views at breakfast and the breakfast itself excellent!

Didn't like that the shower has no curtain. Why? Everything gets wet. Rooms that go to the terrace have no view at all (milky glass). Understandable since windows are two-way, But if you want a view, make sure you get a room with a balcony rather than the terrace.

Hard to find a great location that is also quiet but this was it! Comfortable beds and room and very helpful staff. Excellent location.

Room is a little small but you’re not there much

Standard double rooms are small and with quite old furniture, also very small private terrace.As we are traveling with friends, booked 3 standard double rooms and one twin. The twin room was comfortable, big and with nice private terrace, the another ones are not as shown on pictures.

Fire safety is a huge problem

The hotel is in the city center with the wonderful view and a terrace on the roof of 15th Floor. We've been at the Hotel at winter, and even then it was great, can't imagine how good is the terrace at summer.

One minor issue I could mention is the soundproofing of the room, which could have been a little better. Maybe one more - is the shower that took a little time to get hot.

They clean our room everyday. The staff always smile at us and ready to help. All rooms are at the 14th floor.

WiFi was not very stable

The staff is really friendly and they are always ready to meet all you needs. The important part is that they are flexible with all your requests which you cannot find everywhere. I requested an upgrade to a room with Mount Ararat view and it was directly arranged. The view is amazing especially in the morning while having a cup of coffee on the Balcony. The rooms are very clean. and most importantly it is centrally located and reasonably priced compared to other hotels.

The staffs are all friendly. Room is very clean and comfortable. Smart TV. We stayed in room no.6 and the wifi signal is ok. Warm blanket. Good pillow. Great view at the huge shared balcony and you can walk up to the 15 fl. - to brekafast room, from the spiral staircase. Great food around the hotel. Walking distance from carrefour.

The air-con is quite noizy. We woke up a few times because of it. A rooftop restaurant supposed to be used as breakfast room and coworking space. But we found that they turn off the air-con after breakfast hours is finished. You may have to talk to the lobby if you would like to use the room. No alcohol selling but there is a minibar in your room and good draft beer bar and restaurants downstairs.

Very basic hotel. They say it is mountain view but you only see the shadow of the mountain Very expensive for what it is. Room is small and bathroom is tinyyyyy
