Return back and room was nice,clean and spacious with two rooms.

During weekend is packed and waiters in the lobby area are not enough to serve in time.

The location of the hotel, the surrounding gardens are very nice. The hotel as a building is nice and has a lot of history.

The overall experience was poor and the service appart from the very polite waiters was below average. The room was nice and renovated but the bed was very hard to sleep one. We booked a room for 3 and when we checked in the room was setup for 2. We had to ask for the extra bed and was setup was unacceptable. They brought us a cot with an aging foam on top. You could hardly sit on imagine having to sleep on that. The floor was more comfortable than that, we were lucky there was a sofa chair which we used along with the foam to make a more passable bed (note that other hotels use normal bed on top of cot to be more comfortable). Imagine having to sleep on that when one year ago i had a back operation. Note that we had to ask the service a second time to bring towels. Another thing that we found too much was the charge of 4euro for room service when the rooms have nothing other than a small fridge. Outside delivery costs less than the room service. The hotel could have provided a kettle and cups for a drink inside the room but in a way they force you to use room service. For the price that the hotel charges the breakfast was poor and below average and to top it off on satarday night there was a wedding at the hotel and we went out without knowing when we returned there was nowhere to park around the hotels and the guests blocked all the roads around the hotel. The staff could have worned us as we were looking for a place to park for more than 30 minutes.

Location is the best. Lovely place. Beautiful nature,a lot of trees. Hotel is like a big castle on top of mountain:) Good food,dinners I love the most) Stuff kind and polite. Amarildo is best guy there. He is working as a waiter,but also he was helping me in the gym. I advise to raise him salary because he can work also as a trainer)

I was asking a hot tub instead of shower,but I was unfortunately ignored. Nothing else. all was good)

As usual Rodon Hotel, meets our expectations every time we visit this hotel.

Breakfast was good with many choices. Quiet room.

Clean and tidy. The food was tasty. The beds were comfortable. Beautiful location into the mountains. Friendly staff at the restaurant and at the terrace.
