The location was good. There were beautiful plants at the porch. The host organized the checkin nicely. The bedwear was clean.

It was cold in the evening and there was no remote, as it was late I didn’t want to disturb Susanna. Breakfast was not good, just some snacks and tea, coffee.

Such a lovely place. Everything is clean and ready. Close to the train station. The owner doesn't speak much English but almost the useful information needed are sticked on the board. She was nice and enthusiasm. Luve it <3

Very close to the train station which is very convenient, you can easily walk from the train station to the B&B. The staff were quite friendly.

Clean, calm has everything you need for short Stay. Good stable internet

Superb location

A very nice and comfortable B&B, perfect for our family of four, on a quiet street and ideally located close to Civitiavecchia train station, where the cruise transfers run to and from. Nice clean room, comfortable beds, decent air con (invaluable!), good shower and ideally located for the train, local restaurants and a nice beach. A special thanks to the lovely hosts for allowing us to drop our luggage well ahead of check-in time allowing us to walk around unhindered.

My only very minor gripe would be a slightly limited breakfast offering.

The staff is wonderful and the price was great. Worth it for the night before leaving on a cruise.

Small town and not much to do near BB. The location is humble but clean with a hood AC.

Everything was ideal. Location is great, rooms are spacious and very clean, with AC. The same for the bathrooms. The kitchen has a small outdoor space which is very cozy and comfortable. Anything you need is there - a fridge, tables and chair, packaged snacks, etc. The staff is very kind, friendly, and nice.

The location is great - very accessible from the train station and an easy walk to the water and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and the room was tidy and comfortable with good air-conditioning.

We stayed here may 22, 23 and 24 . The night after our cruise June 5 we had to cancel because we both contracted covid and had to stay on our cruise ship,

Close to train Station. Host was so accommodating and helpful. Room was large and clean.

location is OK, not far away from the beach or city center

Nice, spacious room with a fine bed. Susanna (I guess this was the woman I met) was really friendly. Breakfast was good. The location was fine, about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the port.

The room was quite noisy. I think there was a music school next to the house and you could hear them practicing the same song over and over, even as other guests and dogs in the area. So if you are a light sleeper: bring earplugs. Also the wifi wasn't working really well. Also something to keep in mind.

I didnt understand how the breakfast works.
