Very spacious, extemely well appointed, luxury living with perfect beach vibe. Super clean, great location, right on the beach with spectacular views. Have been going to beach vacations for over 40 years (MD, DE, NC, SC, VA beach, FL Atlantic, FL gulf, AL) and this is the best place we've ever stayed.

Adam and Kara...they were on top of everything! We had a few questions and they response was immediate...thank you! Eight of us stayed for one week and wish we could have stayed longer. This beautiful beach house was clean, the pool was clean (pool man showed up while we were there for the scheduled cleaning). The beach towels provided were appreciated. We had 3 vehicles with us and you can park 2 in the garage but it's a tight fit. We made it work but most times we only parked one and left the other 2 on the private driveway. The neighborhood (location) is very nice and felt safe. The Island Market and Cafe Karma (good coffee) are walking distance. Coffee Maker worked great and everything we needed to cook our meals (pots, pan, etc) was provided. We did not use the TV's much and that was the plan all along! The wifi worked perfectly. Our teens spend almost as much time in the private pool as on the beach which was steps away (best part for us). We did not use the BBQ although everything was there (gas provided). The stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer....everything worked. Thank you Adam and Kara for your quick attention to all our questions. You have a beautiful beach house!

This home was perfect for our group of friends. Beautiful location on the ocean with a pool. There are two master bedroom suites and another bedroom for the other two bedrooms. The owner was very responsive to even our minor requests.

The house was very clean and surprisingly spacious. The house offered everything we needed and the beach front access was a game changer. For larger groups, I would recommend bringing more toilet paper and paper towels. The pool was very nice and we utilized the grill which worked with no troubles.

Received a call from the owner about 1 hour after checking in to ensure things were good. Also communicated an issue with us. Great location and views. Definitely worth the experience

Loved, loved the pool and beach! The home was very large and worked well for 7 adults and 2 kiddos. Perfect living space with lots of comfortable furniture for games and conversation. Large dining area with chairs to pull up for dinner for our 9. It is bigger than the pictures look. The oven does not work properly (as noted in a previous review). Well equipped kitchen, lots of towels, washer, dryer, and did I mention it was large? A few minor maintenance issues that were minor inconveniences but we worked around. The front door looks a bit tired, but once you open the door you find a clean, comfortable home. lWould highly recommend!

This property was an excellent rental for our family of 9. Very well stocked and beautiful location right on the beach. Convenient to all activities and stores, restaurants etc. Had an issue with the oven not heating properly but everything else far out-weighed that. They kids loved the pool and the fireworks on Friday and Saturday night from down the beach. Would definitely rent again!!!

What a beautifully kept property and very attentive owners. The week we spent at Oasis was absolutely heavenly. The owners provided a very detailed list of instructions and answers to questions we may have about the property and we felt at home all week. We look forward to coming back.

The Oasis is an amazing retreat--and beautifully furnished! With a swimming pool just off the large patio and steps to the beach-- it couldn't be better!! We took our whole immediate family of 10, for our 50th anniversary and couldn't have taken them to a better place!! It;s totally a 10 - The McKenzie family--Colorado !

Property is very spacious, decorated nicely, kitchen is pretty well stocked. Bathrooms could use more towels and washcloths to accommodate number of guests along with additional beach towels.

Our stay was great we got to enjoy the pool and just walk to the beach ⛱️ The view is amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

My siblings met for my father's 92nd birthday. It was a great gathering, It's much more convenient and affordable to rent a house than stay in a hotel.

Everything was perfect at this property for a quiet couples getaway to the beach. The house is beautiful and will accommodate a much larger group but worked out great for us as a couple too.

My husband and I and two other couples rented this property for a few days. It is so much nicer than the photos tell. Right on the beach. Had a brand new grill that we happily broke in one night the house came supplied with most common amenities. Never had to contact property manager for anything bcuz everything has been thought of!! Most definitely will rent this place again!!

Beautiful house right on the beach

First visit to South Padre. So worth it to pay to stay right on the beach with kids. They lived in the water both on the beach and in the pool. They were so excited with all the toys for the beach. It was perfect for our 4 adults and 3 kids. Could have even had a few more. The living area is even bigger in person. Everything was communicated well before we got there and we had no issues.

We rent several vrbo properties per year and by far this is one of the nicest, cleanest, well stocked beautifully furnished houses we have ever rented. The location was right on the beach but also very private. Adam was very responsive - a great host. If I could rate higher than 5 I would. If we return again this is the house we would want again.

The property is beautiful with the gulf for a back yard. Sunrise is the best time with coffee on one of two patios or on the beach. We had an amazing time and the owners were wonderful.

Thank you Adam for the use of your amazing property! It was literally twenty steps to the pristine beaches of South Padre Island. The home was lovely and spacious enough for our five adults and two toddlers to have plenty of room to relax and enjoy being together. Thank you for the added graciousness of our unconventional entering and exciting, that made our time at the property SO much easier for our babies. We would HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit the island. The hosts and the home were both perfect.

This is our third summer beach vacation at this lovely condo. It is beach front with a small pool. Great for three grandchildren. The living area is spacious and livable. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a wonderful grocery close by. We walk to the Wanna Wanna or the Palm for excellent food. Five star vacation that we can drive. Love SPI.

I would highly recommend this rental. Everything was as advertised. Adam was great to work with. We flew into Harlingen Airport. We used BB’s Taxi from South Padre. I highly recommend there service. Ilda was our driver and she was great. She shuttled us around the island. The weather was unseasonably cool but we had a great time and look forward to visiting again.
