Comfortable, friendly, lovely breakfast

Was initially disappointed about the pre-ordered breakfast but was overall happy as the staff catered to our every need

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was lovely. Didn't fancy a cooked breakfast the second day and the host was very accommodating and offered us loads of alternatives. She also made sure we had a ground floor room as I have limited mobility. Perfect location along the Prominade too.

From arriving the staff were friendly and very helpful. Offered room service daily and fresh towels ect breakfast freshly made and very tasty. Bar/lounge is spacious and great atmosphere always folk having a great night.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back for another visit.
I felt breakfast was a little rushed on the first day as the table was required for another family. But this didn't happen any other day

Exceptionally friendly reception on arrival, hotel management was absolutely lovely. Room was lovely and clean. We hadn't booked parking but manager was very accommodating and we were able to park next door which was incredibly handy. Breakfast was delicious.
Bathroom door didn't close but just brought our family closer together!

on arrival staff were great could not have been better breakfast was very good plenty of toast and nice cup of tea room was very clean and comfortable lovley hot water in shower an fact all was very good even free parking we will be booking again soon

The staff were always available and helpful. Nothing was too much. The location was off main street, so it was quieter. BREAKFASTS WERE AMAZING 👏 it was a hot week, so the ladies provided a fan for us. We loved it, and we would definitely recommend it and stay here again when in Blackpool. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Maybe a bar fridge in room would be great, but that's being picky.. shower is very new to us being from Australia, so took a little tweaking to get it perfect, but if we had asked for help I guarantee the ladies would be there to help out.

Very welcoming, nicely situated not too far from main attractions, family friendly, clean, tidy, facilities were great, breakfast was perfect, all staff were friendly and attentive, will be back and would definitely recommend, our son loved it

Great reception from Sylvia absolutely a great host room was excellent and we had a brilliant breakfast with staff that couldn’t do enough for us a really great experience from start to finish would recommend to anyone

Our rooms were very clean, warm and comfortable. The bar was cheerful and comfortable with a pool table. The full English breakfast brilliant, as were the staff. We were a short walk from the football ground which was the reason we were there.

Hotel was in a great location 5 min walk to the seafront. Staff were brilliant from start to finish. Veronica (hope spelling is correct) Was brilliant with my 4 year old as were all other staff. Breakfast was exceptional. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was just magic from start to finish.

Full English breakfast was OK, not very hot though, the hotel was advised as being in the city centre, but was abit to far away from all amenities.

Great location, we went for a football game and the hotel couldn’t be better located. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, advising us where to park etc. was given a choice of 2 rooms. Room clean, nice fresh linens, tea coffee biscuits etc was given an option of what time we would like breakfast which was great. Breakfast service very fast and efficient, lovely food. Will definitely stay again
