Personeel bij inchecken was erg kort af en onbeschoft. Bedden waren slecht en zaten niet aan elkaar. Roomservice was slecht. Bestek vergeten Zeer matig hotel volgende keer zal ik gewoon weer Vd Valk boeken want daar heb ik dit soort ellende nog nooit mee gemaakt

I checked in late during an ultra bike race for a few hours as this hotel was close to my route, It has extensive facilities. My issue was I needed to eat and get a few hours sleep before continuing on with my race. I explained to the young staff at the restaurant my situation but they didn't seem to take on board my request. They appeared to lack the ability to think outside the box and there didn't appear to be any one to manage and direct them. Good facilities do not make great hospitality. That is about attending to the differing needs of your guests so long as it is reasonable.

Really nice breakfast. Staff was really polite and helpful.

It would be nice if the bathroom was cleaned more thoroughly and also if a conditioner was offered to use, not only shampoo and shower gel.

Amazing location, very friendly staff, As a vegan didn't have many options for breakfast and no options for lunch/dinner so i can't speak about their food. Overall very happy with everything else

For the spa Bathrobes are mandatory even if you have bath towels with you (cost 8 EUR) and the jacuzzi is small for the amount of people there

WEll, I found the place. Location is good.

Room next to a steel bridge connecting the 2 building. Sounds like a fighter jet flying over when somebody leaves with a trolley at 5AM... The 'Wellness Hotel' has no wellness included! Also the parking is not even free for guests while its half empty.
