We really liked Wish and what come back again! Friendly staff, nice pool, great location and nicely decorated exterior. Also some very friendly cats which we loved. We rented bicycles for a couple of days and they were great, super comfortable and in great shape.

Only a few minor things, there is nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom. Hooks or a towel rack would be great. They provide a little ladder for hanging towels which looks nice but it's not inside the bathroom or even near it so impractical.. Recommend bringing a sleeping mask or perhaps they can find a way to dim the light on the air con which is bright but also shines into a mirror making it pretty bright at night. The mattress were very comfortable but they had flat sheets on the bottom that kept coming off the beds during the night, a fitted sheet would have been great. Also didn't turn out to be a big deal but the restaurant El Capitan is connected to the hotel so you can hear whatever music the restaurant is playing, luckily it never was that loud or that late.

Very cozy and spacious room. Pool area and garden is nice too. Hotel is located in a quiet area on the way to zona hotelera with a very big supermarket just 5 min walk.

Price on the high side, but in line with Tulum area

I really liked the balcony and how jungle plants covered the premises and made it private. Also they have a place inside the hotel entrance where you can put your motorbike or bicycle so it is extra safe. Clean water jug at the front desk to fill up water, overall great staff and the young lady at the front desk got us a discount on this awesome cave cenote tour!

A communal kitchen or somewhere to make your own food would have been nice. Also access to the rooftop to hangout like put some hammocks up there.

All was good personal was very friendly,location from hotel was close to the main street in the center downtown tulum close to the center and to the public beach playa paradaiso 15 minute with bike.

I really liked my stay at this place, the rooms are big enough and spotless - great housekeeping service! We had a room on the ground floor facing a small garden which was nice and quiet but the balcony was very tiny and couldn´t fit all three of us. I appreciated the helpful staff at the reception, always willing to give tips, they even arranged a taxi for us. Overall, it was a good value for the money.

The pool was closed due to maintenance which was unfortunate but we could use the pool in a neighboring hotel.

nice swimming pool! the rooms are big, but just basic. the bathroom is a little small and old. But it worked good and there was hot water! The staff are very friendly and helpfull.

clean rooms. we arrived at 1 PM, room wasnt ready yet so we waited at the pool. at 2 the room was ready. staff was nice and we could store our rental bikes inside the hotel. it was 15 minutes walk to the main street. there was free parking in front of the hotel

there was only one small sunblocking terrace at the pool, only for two chairs. these chairs were always occupied.

The hotel is very far from the main beaches so we had to take the car everyday and it’s a mess to drive in Tulum. There was a lot of noise around the hotel as they are building roads and hotels, it was really annoying. Also, the staff cleaning the rooms were speaking very loud in the corridor at 7am every morning which was waking me up. I asked the reception a refund for the last night as we wanted to leave and they refused, their customer service is very poor. Finally, I found the bed very hard, the bathroom super tiny and overall the room looked very old fashioned. This hotel shouldn’t be a 3 stars but a 2 stars. We usually don’t complain but honestly I don’t recommend this hotel.

Amazing garden and a view from the room. Beautiful swimming pool in the middle of the garden. It was very clean inside the room but also outside. The location is also great, not on the main street but you could find a lot of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Service was very professional and always helpful. Only good memories and vibes.
