The property setting was lovely with great staff and facilities. The private pool was lovely on the terrace. Great little bar and option of two places to eat.

The vibe and atmosphere of the hotel was very nice. It was very relaxing and had a great feel about the place. The pools were lovely and the cocktail man made great cocktails (although a bit expensive). The hotel arranged great day trips although again a bit expensive. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve stayed in for a while, in the room there was a great tv and you could sign into your own streaming platform.

The bathroom when we checked it was still a bit dirty. The food from the hotel restaurant was quite expensive and not that nice. The hotels wasn’t in a great locations, apart from the hotel bar and restaurants there wasn’t really anything nearby and you had a get a taxi or cycle to the main town.

La « piscine » privative qui est en fait un jacuzzi (non chauffé)

La habitación es muy amplia y elegante, con camas muy cómodas y una piscina preciosa. Las zonas comunes están llenas de hermosa vegetación y cuando encienden por las noches las antorchas y el copal el ambiente es espectacular y relajante. El personal es muy amable.

En general todo fue perfecto. Es cierto que pensé que habría algo especial porque íbamos de viaje de recién casados, y en reiteradas ocasiones me lo preguntaron desde el hotel antes de alojarnos como para darnos alguna sorpresa, aunque finalmente no fue tal.

De architectuur en de plantentuin vh hotel beneden zijn heel mooi. Het Japanse restaurant is ook zeer lekker.

Copal Tulum moest het summum van onze reis worden, helaas was het een einde in mineur. Alle kamers op de bovenste verdieping hebben een twin room, gescheiden met een deur. Onze buren hebben 3 nachten na elkaar de hele nacht gefeest, alsof ze naast je bed staan. We hebben telkens klacht ingediend, maar pas de laatste nacht kregen we een andere kamer, zonder enige compensatie, ook al hadden we al 3 nachten geen oog dichtgedaan. Het hotel ligt in Tulum Pueblo, waar niets te beleven valt en aan de kust geraken is niet eenvoudig: met de auto sta je meer dan een uur in de file en met de fiets in het levensgevaarlijk, omdat de drukke weg niet verlicht is. Ik vind dit hotel al bij al te duur voor de locatie en kwaliteit vd kamers. Ontbijt is à la carte te betalen en cijfert daardoor ook aardig door.

Hotel Copal was clean, relaxing, always smelled great, and the staff was very helpful. Room service was wonderful, and the food was delicious. We booked here at the last minute after having a horrible experience with an air bnb, and couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

Like seemingly many places in Tulum, you cannot walk to places (even the city center which is close by) at night. You will have to take a cab everywhere, which can get pricey. Again, a problem not entirely specific to this hotel, but something to consider.

i loved the bright and airy rooms.

i wish there had been a privacy curtain for the living room/kitchen area. at night, anyone could see inside because the curtains were transparent.

The staff was amazing! The room itself was so comfortable! We had a great stay! Restaurants were amazing, bartenders were so great, had amazing recommendations.

Our room was having a weird smell the whole time we were there. We let the front desk know & they handled it immediately & went very smoothly! Smell ended up leaving.

Sisäinen viestintä ei toiminut. Roskat täytyi erikseen pyytää viemään, kuten myös siivous ja vessapaperin lisäykset. Pyynnöistä huolimatta lastensänkyä ei voitu toimittaa resurssivajeiden vuoksi. Lastenistuin ravintolasta oli myös rikki juuri tällä hetkellä. Ikäviä sattumia toki, mutta vaikeuttivat meidän lomaa merkittävästi.

בבוקינג הזמנו חדר עם נוף לגן בפועל קיבלנו חדר חנוק עם נוף לכביש הראשי המענה מהמלון היה שזו הקטגוריה למרות שזה ממש לא אותו דבר!! מקום יפה מאוד אבל אין איפה לשבת- המלון היה בתפוסה מלאה כשהיינו בו ובבריכות לא היה מקום לשבת מיקום בעיר רחוק אין משהו מסביב

The hotel was a beautiful jungle oasis and the staff was so friendly and helpful! We also were able to rent bikes from the hotel for $10/day which I highly recommend in order to get into town or to the beach. Also the rooftop pool is fantastic for sunset!

I would not recommend the coffee from the hotel restaurant in the morning but beyond that we had a great experience at this hotel!

Rideaux opaques, air co sans bruit, bar avec eau, coffre. Tout nikel! Très belle végétation au rez et autour de la piscine et resto. Service impeccable aussi! Vélos/quad et Vespa à louer devant l’hôtel.

Le lieu n’a rien d’intéresssnt: ni shopping ni la plage. Qqs restos à 10 min à pied. Notre chambre était plus chère et bcp plus petite que celle de nos enfants: la surface terrasse est comptée comme habitable.. attention à cela.

Just as pictured! Very beautiful and serene property. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help. They even changed our room to accommodate a special request. All the amenities were clean and excellent- the kitchen, pool, private patio, everything. Felt very safe and calm.

They did their best to keep insects away, (natural and safe ways such as lighting coal/ fire) but as this is a jungle expect a few non-serious insect bites. But nothing too bad or that would put us off staying here or in a place like this again!

freezing cold water in pools - no point paying extra for the room with a pool - no one uses it anyway. no internet wifi, very hard to catch signal. tv not working. cleaning staff loughing all day in the garden - did not have a chance to relax.

Worse staff. We were even robbed by staff. We left some money on the bed and when we came back didn’t find it anymore. The property is in the very very dangerous area.

Le côté déconnexion dans la jungle, le staff (surtout du restaurant et du wellness center) les piscines. Les lits sont également très grands et confortables.

J'ai été mise dans une chambre annexée qui est séparée seulement par une porte d'une autre chambre. A mon arrivée j'ai donc demandé " mais il doit y avoir du bruit non?" On me dit non pas du tout. Haha si enfait. On entend tout, mes voisins hurlaient faisaient la fête jusqu'au petit matin (l'hôtel l'interdit mais les gens pour la plupart sont à tulum pour ça donc ils s'en foutent des règles) Ma chambre était aussi collée au cagibi des chariot de ménage donc tous les matins j'étais réveillée par ça également. J'ai eu l'occasion de visiter d'autre catégories de chambre/ appart/ suite qui semblaient plus calme mais si vous prenez une chambre basique vous risquez de vous retrouver dans ce même cas de figure. En bref c'est dommage car les chambres sont belles mais ce n'est pas très fair de ne pas avoir la même qualité de tranquillité quand on booke une chambre classique car en voyage solo ou à deux on a pas forcément besoin de plus..

Location of the hotel was good and the size of the Studio I had was really nice.

The hotel's service was terrible, cleanliness and housekeeping as well. Wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't go back for sure.

Vielleicht ein bisschen zu hipp. Dieses Hotel ist wirklich ein Insta-Place, permanent werden Selfies von aufgespritzten Gesichtern gemacht … wer’s mag … Und man muss bedenken, dass es sehr weit bis zum Strand und der Zona Hotelera ist, das kann ans Geld gehen.
