Extremely and extraordinary friendly, kind, and supportive staff. The unique Protea Hotel Team was always warm, patient, and helpful with any of our questions and issues - no matter what time or how long it took. We truly appreciate this and highly recommend staying here without restriction.

Location is good and convenient.
The room was small and badly equipped. There was a flask which still has dirty water and unusable, there were no slippers provided even when specifically requested for. There were no tissue box, no writing materials and short of power points. All in all, poor value and does not bode well for the Marriott brand.

worst experience ever. on the shuttle to the hotel the driver informed me that they were overbooked and proceeded to take me to a cheaper hotel. no prior communication. it really pathetic. is this the way marriott treats their customers worldwide?

we like the location and excellent food and staff.
lots of noise on the street and it seems to be a den for prostitution.

I stayed here from July 31st to August 15, 2022. The staff was terrific I came there for the Premiere of my movie Ojanoma, which premiered at the NuMetro Cinemas. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and almost everything you need is within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was very good! The laundry room service was life-saving, and I would get my clothes back the same day. I recommend this hotel.
