Internet is an issue

Breakfast was good. Rest of the food, especially Indian food was very average quality. Needs improvement.

Location and ambience.

Breakfast was great and location is great the pool was super clean and the squash court was super.

The facilities are getting a bit dated and the sauna needs improvement and the shower was warm not hot and in general ready for a spruce up.

The food and public facilities were very good. The customer service was very fast, good and friendly. We asked for all kinds of things. A comb, paper and pen and it was brought to us.

The rooms were a little dated and small for the price. There are no seats for the balcony.

Location is central.

The rooms have been the same since time in memorial. They need an upgrade, especially the bathrooms Secondly, the amount advised when booking differed significantly with what was paid.

Feel like staying in Home.

I really liked the facility itself, so spacious. But also I liked the staff, they are well trained and they provide friendly and good customer care. Morning breakfast was good, they had fairly enough options for fellas from different cultural backgrounds. The gym is well equipped and the pool is also long and deep enough for casual swimming.

The wi-fi was not stable, it broke most of the time. If you have some sensitive online meetings, you should consider other means of getting connected. Price for drinks at the hotel bar is quite expensive, like double or sometimes triple the normal price. Plus you will have to pay “tourism levy” and “service charge” for every single drink you buy. Accommodation price is reasonably fair. But I paid double tourism levy/fee for every single day I spent there. I am not sure if this was correct or something was wrong with the hotel systems.
