Perfect size for two couples. Plenty of cooking equipment, plates and utensils. Great location, just outside the busy town so feels like you’re in a forest.

Everything else! The cabin is well kept with basic appliances in place. Beds are comfortable and location is great surrounded by forests. The owner, Normund, was very accomodating, flexible and attentive with time schedule. He also ran a small tour business with excellent services. We especially enjoy the husky safari they offer :) Thank you for making our stay hassle free!

Sauna is a bit too small for the amount of people it can accommodate.

We were exceedingly pleased with our final choice of property to rent to celebrate a significant family birthday. Kieppi easily accommodated Grandparents, Parents and Grandchildren. It was in an excellent location, close to the top of Rovaniemi’s premier ski slope, while being close enough to walk (ski, sledge etc) to the town centre..... even Nana got there on her Zimmer frame on skis (kick sledge) hired from the nearby Santa Sport complex. The chalet was warm , cosy, and had everything we wanted. Would recommend a meal at the Lapland Sky hotel about 200 metres away at the top of the hill....Great food (a little expensive) and even Greater View...particularly if the Aurora is showing! If you are taking a family to Lapland, Kieppi Chalet is well worth booking !

Absolutely Nothing to dislike! .... maybe Normund (our genial host) could have left better instructions about garbage disposal ....but other than that everything was Great!

Loved the kitchen, sauna, fireplace, the location and other facilities eg games for kids and clothes dryer. It is also a minutes drive away from the best spot in Rovaniemi to see the Northern lights!

Basics in the bathroom would have been good eg, small shampoo, body lotion, conditioner bottles and extra towels and extra bed linen ( the upstairs double bed didn't have linen on it) and the soap pump in the shower was empty. But overall a fantastic place!
