The cafe on level 2 was wonderful, staff were prompt in helping and fixing issues when they arose, friendly staff, good location to airport and mall of Asia

Floor layout was difficult to navigate on arrival and an escalator or lift prior to main hotel lifts made for potential to get lost

Nothing, room was very smelly, disgusting toilet, the room smelt literally like poop, stay away from this disgusting hotel.

Everything about this hotel is bad, many stuff are broken and faulty, my main issue was the disgusting smelly room and toilet smell was even worse.

the location was walking distance from MOA and this might be a plus for some

bathroom sink plug was missing, the bidet was leaking from the hose and squirting everywhere, wallpaper was peeling off in some places, food was mediocre, credit card needed signature instead of a PIN, going for the free breakfast the still asked for signature where most hotels just ask for room number and name, finding the lifts was like going thru a maze

The staff are very accommodating, attentive and friendly. We were so glad as we had kids with us. We also requested some items over the phone and the response was very quick. Kudos! to all the staff at the Golden Phoenix Hotel. The breakfast was phenomenal. There were lots of foods to choose from in their buffet breakfast. I was amazed with their Egg Station... very nice idea!🤩

We were all disappointed about the closure of the swimming pool at the time we checked in, as we were all looking forward to it especially the kids.☹️

We got trapped inside the Fire exit from the parking area.. we thought we can just use the stairs to go to 2nd floor since we didn’t explore much to look for the elevator, no direction to find the guest elevator. Inside the fire exit there is no handle to open the door that’s why we got trapped 😅 Luckily, we are just at the 3rd floor so we managed to escape in the ground floor.. That’s why bigger and clear signage direction will be nice and note in the fire exit that there’s no handle to go out and would need to go to the ground floor..

Staff are really courteous and helpful. The location is very good as close to MOA, easy ride to the airport.

On my first night I noticed the bedsheets haven't been changed before new guest arrived. I had to call housekeeping to change my sheets. Most of my 3-day stay I ordered room service from hotel restaurant. The food on the menu looks appealing but when it's delivered to the room and eating it I was a bit disappointed taste wise. Also, they don't give enough utensils. In the room, there are 2 set of cup and saucers but only one teaspoon. When they served breakfast, there is butter included with my pancakes but there was no knife to spread the butter or cut the pancake. I had to call for those extra things I need. They don't collect dirty dishes unless you call them or until the next room service. On my 3rd day, I had my brothers come to visit about 2pm, then we ordered food from the hotel restaurant, it took an hour to get our food in the room it was past 3pm by the time we had our lunch. Maybe next time I'll just eat out.

The hotel was really nice and was a short distance away from SM Mall of Asia. I also liked that the hotel staff was quite friendly. Also highly recommend ordering from their room service as the food quality is really good and quite affordable.
