Plants they haven’t been high enough to cover the whole fance to have more privacy. People from outside they could see everything in my villa.

The rooms are large, the pool is nice and and breakfast is good. But thats where the highlights end. Appart from that there where too many issues. No fridge in room (but it was provided a day later) , no hot water and most importantly no place to put your clothes or suitcase. Not even hangers . Next big issue was WiFi . It was very spotty for two days and as a YouTuber and Digital Nomad wifi issues for me are a big problem, so i ended up using my hotspot data instead. "Superior" rooms have no wardrobe or hangers, and not even a suitcase rack. Over all the place is ok , nice pool and decent breakfast - but for the price you can get a lot better options in the area. Staff is helpfull and freindly - and over all the place is OK

Der Weg von der quasi Rezeption kann sehr sehr weit mit vielen Stufen sein, die Koffer werden von Personal getragen.
Das Restaurant vom Angebot war eine einzige Katastrophe.
Englischkentnisse kaum vorhanden
Man präsentiert die Karte, und kann ausser nasi goreng praktisch nichts anderes anbieten.
Fisch Fleisch Huhn nichts da.
Gleiches bei den Getränken, immerhin gab es Bintang.
Beim Frühstück wegen Obstsalat nachgefragt - gibt nur Wassermelone bei Säften nur Wassermelone..
Für eine Nacht ok, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man da nichts ändert
Man schickt eine mail mit freundlicher Anfrage wann man ankommt, antwortet man dann mit WhatsApp kommt null Reaktion.
Nach 10 tagen kommt erneut die Anfrage per Mail. Hat man dort überhaupt etwas im Griff?

Snídaně byly dle výběru a dostačující . Lokalita skvělá. Obsluha naprosto skvělá a vyhověla se vším.

The location is very good, near to Kuta beach. The hotel is neat and clean. Staff is courteous. Overall very good experience.

The staff was very helpful to us.. and very friendly.. although having small issue such bugs aircond and lamp.. but the staff will come and fix it...

location was a bit far from the airport, but the property was very quiet.
Bird noises in the morning was good. We woke at 5.30 am and opened the double doors at the front of the apartment and could watch the sunrise as the open doors looked East.
I contacted the management before arriving from Australia and requested a driver. One was arranged for us, and he was very professional and made our arrival and departure to the Villa very easy.
Breakfasts were delicious.
Would happily stay there again in the future.
The apartment had a miniature spa/pool but was not useable. Being from a Western country was expecting a refrigerator but did not have.

place was very beautiful
was a bit far from everything so you will need your own way of transport to get in and out or else youll be paying everytime you want to go to a shop also staff tries to haggle you for more money

the location made it easier to go to the Monkey forest compared to staying somewhere in Kuta, it was feeling less tourist hot spot and more like cruising and seeing more of the standard Bali life

We read a lot of reviews with negative comments after we booked but overall we had a good experience.
Very quiet location, no traffic noise just the sounds of birds and geckos. The bed was really comfortable, we had a large private pool which was clean and great to relax in. The bathroom was really nice with a garden/outdoor shower that was hot and had good pressure. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a good breakfast served in the villa by the pool. The staff had limited English (it is another country!) but this wasn’t an issue and they were friendly and helpful!
The restaurant/bar was closed which we were not told about when booking, the only places to eat within walking distance are roadside stalls. The first night we had pizza delivered and the second night we got a taxi to Ubud so it wasn’t a problem but would’ve been nice to know before hand. The minimart was only a 5 minutes walk away so we got some drinks and snacks to have in the villa. The main pool was also not maintained so we assumed was closed. The entrance way to the villa (a pond with stepping stones) needed a good clean. They did only have two bookings while we were there as tourist numbers are still low. Like so many places in Bali post-Covid there is some maintenance to be done but overall it was a nice stay! I would love to stay again once it is fully back up and running!

Arrived here our first time in bali, the location is great out of the way of busy ubud, we enjoyed walking around the residential street are very beautiful and calm. The room here was very spacious. Staff were friendly
Main pool was not clean. Would be good if they let us refil our water bottles at a low cost to minimise waste.

Location is nice as its out the way. A couple of nice cafe and restaurants in walking distance. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is simple but tasty and filling
There is a villa that has no privacy which they don't show photos of when booking. I was expecting it how they show in the photos, we said we weren't happy and didn't want to stay where everyone can see us in our pool and bedroom. They changed us to a 2 bedroom villa but had to wait many hours to clean and we were very tired, felt like we lost a day. One day the guy to clean came in when I was undressed which was not nice. Pool not very clean. Villa is a bit run down but for the price it's hard to complain much

Maybe just the bed because I could sleep well. But nothing else.
- It says check in available to midnight, but I came at 10.15pm but noone is in the lobby and there’s no contact person for late check out. I felt stranded almost panic to find emergency place, until a while later the owner came out to meet me.
- The property was dirty. Garbage was scattered on the walkways, the dining place was messy, the wild grass was not cut all over the property.
- The staffs are only available at 7.30am, and went home early. Definitely not 24 hours standby. Also, they are not dressed up properly.
- The room has not enough lighting. only one light at one corner.

Friendly staff, arranged for driver to pick us up at the airport with sign. Driver also took us to a shop to get a simcard for data, very convenient. Would recommend!

It’s nicely located in a peaceful place. Rooms have a lot of space and are rather comfortable.
The owner didn’t care much, place was a bit unkempt and you could see many insects in the bathroom.

The property was very clean and well presented. it was great to have a pool outside. The staff were very accomodating.
There was not comfortable seating for leisure. it was either the bed or the dining room table. the door locks were flimsy and I was broken into.

The staff was really nice and friendly! We loved how quiet and clean it was! Would definitely recommend this villa!
