Checkin process was very long. Staff at front desk was not professional. Intercom was not working. Complained them to rectify it but nobody came. Towels were smelling/

There was enough variety at the breakfast, but the service was very slow. I ordered a simple omelette. No one attended to it till I started badgering them. It took 40 minutes to get it.

Breakfast was bad in taste and options were also very less. Locks in bathroom were not working correctly and was difficult to lock them.

The staff are brilliant. The bathroom let's the whole hotel down, very poor and old

enoug towel not provided. Room are small, light was not enough. Chairs are not comfortable. TV was not smart.

Breakfast was fair.. some food was cold, service was poor.. totally mismanaged.. I didn't get my pkd breakfast even though i requested for it many times..

Neatness and couteous staff , excellent food . Staff are well mannered and laborious, and the driveway is very well managed by security staff and screening of luggage. Outsiders can not get access to rooms
Smart TV and bathing tub could have been ideal.

Swimming pool water temperature must be controlled during Winter season. The carpets in the alleys need dedusting and cleaning.
