The size was perfect for us and the kitchen was great! We really enjoyed the porch with the amazing view!

There was no black out curtains or blinds so we woke up really early because of the light

The location and view were excellent: amazingly close to the sea.

The facilities in the building were not available at a reasonable time: the pool was closing at 4 pm (in SUMMER time). Just a few staff in the building spoke English and most of the instructions were only in Hebrew (including the time to access the pool), shampoos, body lotions, etc. Staff in the SPA very rude!

We absolutely LOVED the view from the balcony. It was the highlight of the accommodation.

The bathroom really needs a refresh. The outer part of the drawers in the vanity were falling off, the shower/bath door pattern half peeled off and looked worn and it was unattractive. The swimming pool cost 100nis per person per day. The advert was deceptive and gave the impression of 2 swimming pools with open access to residents. One would think this should be included in the fee. A suggestion would be to provide vouchers per resident for use of the pool.

bathroom when we arrived had water on the floor, bathtub not clean to my standards and doesn’t drain when you shower. sink faucet ready to detach anytime. Needs update. Door needs replacing. sink, counter, stove burners, water heating kettle needs cleaning. I did not even feel comfortable heating water for a cup of tea. when I conveyed the situation to management as soon as I arrived, they suggested I stay only 2 days instead of four. I accepted the offer.

The room was nice and spacious, the balcony and the sea view were great.

we were pretty cild whne we arrived and the general A/C was not turned on to heat. It was not the owner's fault but the building itself, that did not get the chillers to work on cold yet (as currently the nights are colder but the daytime still requiers cold A/C), but there was no small heater or an option to keep the cold away besided staying under the covers. The place is nice but a bit grubby around the edges, especially in the kithechenette area, and the bathtub was very dirty.

The closeness to the beach.

Old and not maintained facilities, missing tiles (covered by a small carpet so we won't see - even worse as we could fall). Lots of rust on different surfaces. Refrigerator with a falling apart door... see attached images. The owner answered some of the questions we sent him by SMS and ignored others and didn't answer our phone call. It is clear that the place has deteriorated over the years and due to lack of maintenance, there's a strong discrepancy between what is advertised and the current reality. I've booked places via Booking.com for quite a few years already and I've never been so disappointed. In my opinion, in such cases, it's already up to Booking.com to revise the description or at least put a warning. Undoubtedly, Booking can lose a loyal customer if this will repeat itself.

Very very close to the sea! And the host was very nice and very available.

The value for money is off. It cost too much for 2 nights for such a small, very old (although nicely decorated) unit. Very nice balcony, and furniture, but the room it self is not in good shape. We were there with 2 kids and it was too small. And again - very expensive for what you get.

size and view

When I booked Luxury apartment - I was expecting the high level of the property. The condition of the studio requires a total refurbishment. All around is very used and dirty. Internet did not work.

Before you book you can judge for yourselves by the photos attached for room 1308.

The view is absolutely gorgeous sea view beach front 14th floor , you can sea the whole city from the balcony which will leave you speechless. Absolutely awesome. Great location restaurants and markets nearby . Great room facilities big tv sound system cozy bed , great space .

The price is a little high !! But the owner cut me a great deal finally

Cockroaches, no facilities at all open. All needs maintenance, aircon had mould.
