Sewer smell needs attention. Owner should provide a map showing where the free parking is that he mentioned but we could not find.

Die Einrichtung wäre mir zuhause zu altmodisch, nicht mein Stil- aber gemütlich war es trotzdem und alles da, was man braucht. Also auch vollkommen ok!

Door code worked perfectly. Cleaners were just finishing and showed us through the property

We should have had two shower bathrooms. Toilet paper was sparse lack of towels . We did not have a hanging line being on the attic floor we couldn’t dry anything

Location and view over the sea and sunset

Perfect location, close to the center, but still in a quiet place. Well-equipped, clean apartment, nice host. Ideal for visiting the city for a few days. The smell and sound of the sea nearby is fantastic. The sunset on the terrace with a glass of wine is unforgettable.

The views were great, we enjoyed the shared terrace too. The beds were comfortable and the flats was clean. We were nicely surprised by heating being on before our arrival.

perfect view. the sea was right under the window. A full kitchen with all needed utensils and pots/pans. I bought fresh ingredients at the open air market on Saturday and made a fine feast.

there was a bit of a musty smell, maybe because it was off season. if you open a window it goes away.

The apartment literally sits on the edge of the Adriatic at the end of a row of buildings so it is exposed to the west allowing for the viewing of absolutely beautiful sunsets, we also saw dolphins swimming about 100 yards out. Very peaceful surroundings in a beautiful city. The host/owner was very communicative and upgraded us to his favorite unit given we were the only guests present in the building.

We didn't realize that there's a switch to turn on/off the hot water heater (and I think it also controls the heat and A/C). We inadvertently turned the switch off thinking it was a light switch and woke up the next morning quite chilly and no hot water, but we managed.

Great location in beautiful Rovinj! The sea is directly outside of your window. The space is perfect for a family with even a stocked kitchen for cooking for little ones. The host was communicative and even ensured there was a high chair on site when they read we had a little one! I can’t recommend them enough!

The two queen beds are a bit old and creeky and mattress in first room is a bit thin and needs to be replaced. Other than that, amazing!

Basically everything. Firstly it’s perfectly located in the old town, easily walking distance to all bars, restaurants and activities but also peaceful. Right on the sea so you benefit from the view and the sound. The apartment was well equipped with all the facilities you need and the right balance between a traditional and modern setting. Good customer service and attentive. Highly recommended.

Everything is great. My only recommendation is to remember your apartment arrival on arrival as there are a number located here.

the property is in the most amazing position in Rovinj and you can have the best sunsets. The roof you have to remember in room 7 has a slanted roof by the windows and bedrooms so that is a challenge a few times when you open the windows and forget to duck…..

the floor wasn’t 100% clean and could of done with a good bleach clean and sweep

Very slow internet connection, most of the time useless.

The terrace and the location are awesome

- there were issues with some guests with regard to how the terrace is used - apparently canalization pipes are draining into the sea below the terrace

Boasting see views. Old city center, ground floor apartment with large balcony with direct access to the see.

Renovation works

Fantastic place in the heart of old town with its original atmosphere. Stylish old stone house, which keeps cold even in hot weather. Lovely stone terrace just above the sea, beautiful sunsets, easy entrance to the sea. Wery rare place. Many opportunities of swimming in and arronud the town. Everything achievable by walk or by bike. Friendly housekeeper, all time accessible on email or phone. We extended our stay by a day!

The fridge is at the end of its life (wery weak cooling). Worse equipment of the kitchen (missing tea pot)

Right in the Old town, great See few, very relaxing thanks to the privet (shared with other guests) huge terrace, where you have sun in the morning and the evening and get shadow during the midday. The terrace with a ladder to the sea, is also the best way to get a swim before and after a day visiting the Rovinj or some of the surrounding, without the need to walk anywhere. Apartments facing windows to the north, are a great even during very hot days without AC. We will come back!

lovely location in Rovinj Old Town, walking with large cases not easy on cobbled streets but we knew that before we went as we liked the fact no cars are allowed in the old town. As a result of this it was so peaceful with only the sounds of boats passing by.

room is North facing so doesn't get any sun neither did the terrace until very late in the day. It was still lovely to sit outside and swim with good snorkelling with lots of fish.
