The location was quite close to Chiang Mai University, so it was convenient for our purposes. The owner and front office were actually quite nice.

It is actually a bed&breakfast, not a hotel. Breakfast is not worth ordering The room will not be cleaned unless you ask and leave the keys in the front office. Wifi is bad most nights. No facility to make coffee/tea unless during breakfast time.

Too far from Chiang Mai old City

We enjoyed that this hotel was outside all the hustle and bustle of Old Town. It was easy to get a Grab driver when we wanted to that area. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy as well. The rooms are large but bare minimum with decor/storage. It was fine for us because we didn't spend a ton of time in the room. The AC worked great and kept us cool at night. The breakfast in the morning was a great spread and it was only busy one morning while we were there, the rest of the time we pretty much had it to ourselves. The free water and coffee/hot chocolate 24/7 was also great! Hubby loved the pool and they have some fun floats you can use. Overall it was a good experience and a great value for the price!

We were on the 4th floor and the wifi didn't work up there, we couldn't get things to load and no streaming. If we went down to the pool area it worked better. We had local SIM cards so it was't a deal breaker, just something to know ahead of time.
