Everything was amazing.

Tha fact that i had to pay a 50 pound deposit and still haven't received it back after 12 days of waiting, it states 7 days

Owner qas in constant contact but couldn't fix the smoke alarm
Location.rooms.beds.facilities.noise.dangerous appliances.ripped bed linen.dirty kitchen.
Smoke alarm constantly went off every 30 seconds for the whole duration we stayed apart from 4 hours for some reason.
Battery was flat.

The room was quite spacious and warmed up very quickly. The decor is a little tired, but it didn't really detract from my stay. The location was good, but I could understand someone unfamiliar with the area getting a bit frustrated trying to locate from the Interchange.
I really didn't like the palaver trying to obtain full address and entry requirements - photo I.D. and an additional deposit of £50. Nobody there to confirm my I.D. and informed that the deposit was not necessary. What was all that about?
Having said that Mr Amin was spot on at relaying information, including pricing for a much longer stay.
I would stay again - it was ideal for a few days at a time.

Excellent location for us. Travelled up for football at Bradford City FC. Ideal for there, bars on North Parade and restaurants in the city centre. Parking permit allows parking right outside - another big plus!
Nothing really. Apartment nice, a little shabby in places but advantages far outweigh any minor negatives.

Very uncomfortable mattress, partly cause by being only realistic place to sit. small table and chairs but the chairs were not designed for anything other than brief stays :) However very much as expected for space.

Good location, bed was comfortable and water temperature and pressure was good.
The bathroom had a long standing leak through the ceiling / wall that was unsightly and damp. And door lock was a little flimsy.

The extra bed in the room that wasn't needed but it was probably meant for a family.

Owner is quite friendly ready to help at anytime
No lift Carrying heavy luggages to upper floor bit of a struggle. Would you suggest for some sort of facility to carry those and some may face few internet issue from the room like frequent disconnection while having whats app call.
Else everything is quite pleasant and I liked my stay over there

The owner mr amen is a very nice gentleman and helped me with groceries while I was quarantined and he also got me new mobile SIM card...he was easy to approach.....he is very friendly and kind enough to help any extras as well.
