Beautifully designed room & lobby. Room is huge, calming and comfortable. The hotel ground is big, takes about 30 minutes to stroll around. But half of it are under construction, and they seems gonna be commercial facilities open to the public, which i believe would decrease the privacy and tranquility of the hotel in the near future. There's a hiking route up to a pretty nice lookout.

Breakfast is miserable, even the salad leaves look so sad. Bakeries are not edible. The food overall here don't match the price. Service is on and off. I've met some very nice staffs and also some very rude reception girls. Cleanness is just fine. Make sure you clean the bathtub again before using it.

The renovation works that was on-going even on a weekend!! Didn’t get to enjoy some well known local dishes in the restaurant as they were sold out.. Was told by the waiter that replenishment will only happen during weekdays!

The grounds are lovely, the rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely appointed.

We checked in around 10pm and the front desk did not give us a full briefing (mini bar included, dessert soup waiting in the room) but was only interested in sending us on our way. The breakfast was terrible for a hotel of this level, but I was not asked about my stay at all during checkout, so I'm sharing it here!
