Nice property walking distance from downtown Saugatuck and all it has to offer. We had a lovely July 4th holiday there.

Our stay was great could use one more tv.

This was a beautiful, 2 Bedroom home. It looked even better in person than it did in pictures! Beautifully decorated and well-maintained. You will not be disappointed if you decide to book here. The one caveat is that it’s a little too close to the main road leading to Douglas. So traffic noise can be somewhat noisy at times. But nothing too bad. And it’s a nice leisurely 10 minute walk to downtown Saugatuck. We would definitely book again!

This resident was in great location to town. This century home has great character and felt cozy for my family’s stay.

My family and I loved our stay. The cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed. Conveniently located near downtown Saugatuck. We will gladly stay here again in the future!

This house is just a 10 minute walk to all the action in Saugatuck. We really enjoyed the walkability, the front porch and the backyard. It would be nice if the property had darker curtains/ shades in the bedrooms. I read of this issue in a past review so we brought disposable blackout shades that stick to the window frame. Also, there could be more furniture in the living room as well as blankets. (currently there are no blankets in the living room just the bedroom). Other than that, no complaints.

Everything was as it was described. Plenty of space for two families to gather together during the day and go their separate ways at bedtime.

The check on was good and the property was clean. The main problem is there are NO CLOSETS. NOT ONE. Also while checkin was good checking out was a little over the top. Rented many VRBO’s and never had to strip the beds and put bedding and towels into bags.

Great front porch for drinks and appetizers after a long day. Nice neighborhood with friendly folks out walking. Close enough to walk to town. You can zig zag a bit to avoid the steep hill into town on Old Allegan. We’re a group of 65 year olds who could do it without issue. Some of our group needed to drive. Close to the dune buggy ride which was a blast but you need to hold on tight. We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Whale! Great location.

We loved this place! So bright and sunny, great kitchen, nice walk to Saugatuck’s wonderful downtown area. The highlight for us was the big front porch, which has several rocking chairs. We spent hours there, talking and watching the trees blow around.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue Whale. Very quaint and special. Just a couple of small items to work on and it would have been perfect. There were quite a few stink bugs when we first arrived. We adjusted temperature a little bit and they seemed to not like chillier Temps. The walk in shower needs a safety mat. The tiles get quite slippery and we had to make some adjustments foe our 84 year old Mom. The shower doesn't drain well either which makes things difficult as well. We struggled with the tv remote a little. We would have loved some directions on how to get local channel news we have. Cable at home. Small fixes or inconveniences but we would stay here again for sure!!!

We enjoyed our weekend in this really cute cottage. The place was very clean when we arrived. It’s a short walk to town and close to everything you might need.

This house gave us the overflow space we needed for our family this Thanksgiving. Lovely cottage style and very comfortable.

The cottage was immaculate. The kitchen was well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and within easy walking distance of downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was ideal. House is nicely decorated and management was very responsive. It was clean but the washer/dryer/rugs need a bit of a deep clean. For the location/price we paid, this place was well worth it.

We had such a great time at this home, clean, spacious and close to downtown. Highly recommend!

We are a small family of four traveling with grandma for her 80th birthday. The layout of this house was perfect, our boys loved finding all the whales and other sea animals in the nicely decorated and clean home. The fact it was close to town was a bonus! We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area.
