Extremely clean. Location one block away from the beach Superb apartment like home from home.

The hill and the walk up to the C1 train station which was a 15 minute walk. Kept us fit though 👍👍

Bij aankomst was niemand aanwezig. Alles ging via appjes. De host was wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De toegangscode van appartement 106 was de correcte code maar het systeem was defect. We moesten wachten totdat een andere vakantieganger ons opendeed. Het bed was veel te klein , slecht 1 m 20 breed. Het complex ligt aan aan zeer luidruchtige, drukke straat met dag en nacht het komen en gaan van vele bussen die met ronkende motor onder ons balkon stonden. De terrasdeuren hebben grote tocht kieren en enkel glas waardoor er geen enkele geluidsisolatie is. Er zijn geen tafel en stoelen aanwezig waardoor iets eten in het appartement onmogelijk is. Er staat een slechte bistro set op het balkon die zitten vrijwel onmogelijk maakt. Het appartement was wel schoon maar behoeft nodig onderhoud. Op de site staat dat het appartement voor max. 4 volwassen en 2 kinderen is maar dat zien wij niet gebeuren in dit kleine appartement. Er is een zwembad maar het nodigt niet uit om het te gebruiken. Het ligt de gehele dag in de schaduw ( dus koud water) en er is geen stoel of bed te bekennen.

2 min. to the beach, small shops around, 5 min. to Aldi. Very easy check in and check out. All you need for reasonable price. Swimming pool for guests. Elevator. Air-condotioning. Small but Comfy bed.

Knives in the kitchen should be replaced :)

Great apartment, very clean, good quality towels & bed linen. Plenty of cleaning products, bin liners and extra toilet roll. A few minutes from beach and Carihuela main street with plenty of bars, restaurants & shops, but nice and quiet at night. Great communication from Gina 👍 Would definitely stay again

Balcony is long but not very wide not ideal to sit out on, but beach is so close it didn't bother us. Pool area was closed as we visited in April and is only open between June and September we were not aware of this, again didn't spoil it for us as beach is so close.

the property was immaculate ( and have all essentials like cleaning my products ) cosy bed and good view and location I was right next to the beach . the host was amazing …. super nice , friendly, understanding and ready to help. overall it has been the best property I had been so far . defo I will come back and I will recommend it to my family and friends .
