The apartment was perfect for our trip to Vegas. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and wanted to stay somewhere really nice and quiet (away from spending the days at the casinos and shows). The place is beautiful and spacious, just like the pictures! It was immaculately clean and the bed is so comfortable. It was nice having an fully equipped kitchen. The view from the balcony is great! We could see the sphere and would watch it every night. The location was great too, because we could walk about 10 min to the MGM grand through their indoor walkway connecting all the towers and take it out onto the strip. The monorail was also along the way, so you can take it to different parts of the strip. They were doing construction for the Formula One races all over Vegas and it was still nice and quiet when we came back to the room! This will be a great place to watch the race from the balcony, the course runs right around the building. Ron is a great host and a couple of days before a trip to make sure everything was good and once during the trip to see how things were going to offer a late check out. When we come back to Las Vegas, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you Ron!!!!

We stayed here as a family of 4 and had a great time. Very easy to walk to places on the Strip and we enjoyed the Signature amenities (fitness room, dining) and that we were able to use the MGM grand pool and lazy river also. Very clean condo with great strip views. Our only issue was the laundry in the condo was not working during our stay, but this was communicated prior and we had no problem using the free laundry off of the lobby. Highly recommended for a stay in Vegas!

I stayed for a month on this property. My host, Ron provided all the information I needed before checking in. I also received a welcome call. Check in was easy, free valet and no resort fees. Covered walkway to MGM/strip. Great location. Unit was well stocked sheets, towels and kitchen. Great view, let’s not forget the view. I would definitely stay and again.

Excellent unit, very clean, very good condition, I highly recommend it. The unit is very spacious. The setup with 2 bathrooms would work very well for two couples (so long as one couple didn’t mind sleeping on a pull-out). Owned and managed by an individual, he was very communicative and responsive. He will give you his cell number and he responded quickly to a minor issue we had. Unlike almost all the other 1 BR units, this one has the washer/dryer available for tenant use which was important to us after being on the road for over a week – but beware that it is a combo washer/dryer and those combo units take a looong time to dry (I think the owner is going to add mention of this to his check-in instructions). The Signature properties are in a great location, you walk through indoor access to the MGM Grand and then out onto the strip (although everything you could want/need is in the MGM Grand). The condo is exactly as advertise: beautiful, clean, well equipped, and conveniently located. Check-in was a breeze. The communication from Ron, the owner, was timely, clear, and concise. We loved the fact that it is a non-smoking property. Be aware that there are three towers at MGM Signature and this condo is in tower #3. This tower is the furthest from the MGM Grand, so if you plan to spend time over there and use their facilities then you will have a slightly longer walk. However, the walk is entirely indoors. The only real downside to this property is that you can only park on-site by using the valet parking (which is free, sans tipping). Most of the time this is very convenient. Sometimes you will have to valet park at tower #2 since the valet at tower #3 closes. Ron mentioned this in his check-in information and it is not a big deal. It is a short walk indoors between the two towers. However, when the property is very busy the valet parking lot will fill up and they do a "soft close". This will probably only happen later in the evening. When it does happen, you have to park at the MGM Grand self parking garage. You will get a voucher so it doesn't cost anything. However, it is a solid 20 minute walk indoors via the MGM Grand from the parking garage to the condo. There is apparently a shorter path outdoors, but we did not try it. During our 5 day stay, we only had this happen to us once. Our last evening out we chose to take an Uber to make sure that we didn't have to deal with that the morning of check-out. Ubers are very convenient in Las Vegas and the cost of taking an Uber to most places along or near the strip is not much more than the parking fee. If you plan to Uber or walk to get around, you should have no trouble getting a valet spot in the morning or afternoon even on busy days.

Rented a unit in MGM Signature towers. Great quiet spot away from noise of the big resorts. Owner was accesssible & helpful in the days before & during our stay.

We stayed here whole we were dropping my daughter off at UNLV. It was perfect. Great location, quiet, and everything we needed.

The unit was perfect! Loved the location and the space! Kitchen is great! Washer/Dryer is a bonus! We had a wonderful stay!

The room was in great shape. There was a few spots that were missed by the vacuum and a random game piece, but all in all it was in great shape. Very quiet neighborhood which was appreciated!

This is the only place I will stay from now on with visits to Las Vegas. Central location, apartment is beautiful and spacious. Very very quiet also. We did not have 1 issue with anything. The hosts were excellent.

The space is beautiful, fantastic view from the balcony and windows, comfortable bed and pull out couch, and well stocked kitchen. The location is great. Short walk to MGM Grand, restaurants and the monorail. The access to the MGM Grand pool complex was a great bonus. The host is so easy to work with and communication was great.

The only issue was the cleanliness of the unit. There was a dirty sponge on the sink and the bowls had food stuck to them. The towel situation is not appropriate for 4 people in the unit. You wash the towels in a washer/dryer unit. You have to watch a video to learn how to use the washer/Dryer. Basically, we enjoyed our stay. The unit is nice. I would suggest more towels, bathrobes as described (Not important to us), larger trash can in kitchen and a better cleaning crew. I just feel that the owner is new to renting the unit. He does seem like a very nice man.

This is our first time in tower 3 with Ron the host and what a delight it was. The property was extremely clean with a very easy and seamless check in. Ron was wonderful in communicating before during and after the stay! No smoking; no casino, everything you need is right there. Will definitely be staying here again.

Had a great time. Loved the dining area and kitchen for breakfasts in the am. 2 baths were great for us and our son. Had very little communication with owner…but wasn’t needed as the signature staff were awesome.

We enjoyed our stay at this suite. The room was clean and the view was amazing. The property owner was very helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay here again.
