I had booked a suite for a family I traveled with & a single for myself. The shower in the suite didn’t drain, so the whole place was flooded. The dad had to use his forceful words to even get a maintenance staff to look at it: when he tried to “plunger” the drain, hunks of black gunk came bubbling out, but the water didn’t drain: eventually he had to get a “snake” to ream out the pipe. Yes, rooms include televisions: they show 5 local channels. Nothing to interest the children. Internet service intermittent: you might have to sign in several times & pray the signal picks up the password. As others have remarked: no amenities aside from a mini-fridge: you will get a splinter of soap if you ask hard at the desk, but bring your own shampoo, etc. The “double bed” in my room (8) was two single beds pushed together, then covered with a double mattress cover: you’ll still feel the ridge if you dare sleep in the middle. Not sure if electric socket had “Pedro II” on it, but it was old & loose. Handle of bathroom door came off in my hand. Neither desk nor chair: table from Singer treadle sewing machine useless because treadle & parts bark your shins if you sit on the bed & try to use it for your computer. Wardrobe without hangers Probably not a good fit for American guests with high expectations.

this place is simple, but is ok, you will find most out of you need in a range of 5,10 minutes driving, the beach, is not the best, but ok, the only thing you should be concerned is, there is a lot of litle flies, and they bite you, your skin will have scars, you can order some pizza at night, and if you are not used to Brazilian pizza, better take car, because the topings are really good, and you are not gonna eat just one slice. The worker's will do their best, but limited, the place is out to date, breakfast is poor, they could do better, but overall you will have a good time, now if you go to the other side, will cost you a bit more, but the views and beaches are better, a place to go once!!!!!!!

the breakfast could be better, the rooms on the premises , have mould, and the rooms is small, they can improve.

The location was very convenient for me. About the hotel infrastructure, it was ok.

The rooms felt old and quite rustic. The bed sheets had small holes on it. The bathroom didn’t lock the door and it could use improved maintenance.
