We enjoyed the farm stay and the host Trisha was very hospitable. She gave us a farm tour and gin/limoncello tasting.
We love the breakfast prepared, which includes homemade bread which was really fresh and soft.

The farm house was exactly what we were looking for - it wasn’t too remote but yet with convenience of just being a 30 mins drive to the city centre. The facility was spacious and excellent, very well kept and clean. The host was extremely friendly and warm - overall a very wonderful stay for our first trip to New Zealand and Auckland.

We stayed at Lavender Hill for a family wedding nearby. Trish was an amazing host and communication was great. Fantastic breakfast and a top notch facility in all respects. Very peaceful. In fact we popped back and most of the formal wedding photos were taking at Lavender

Lavender Hill exceeded our expectations…. Trish was absolutely Amazing to deal with, the facilities were awesome… Our stay was thoroughly enjoyed from my grandchild,nieces n nephews taking photos with the alpacas right up to us adults!!

Loved how beautiful everything was, alpacas, how cosy everything Was we were taken care of so well and the shower pressure was heaven on earth. We had a Bridal party getting ready for a wedding and it was absolutely the most magnificent accomodation for photos and relaxation.

Excellent breakfast provisions: generous amounts of fresh fruit, a range of cereals, yoghurt, croissants and toast bread. The bedrooms, all with ensuites, have very comfortable beds and quality bed linen. The kitchen is well-appointed, the dining and living areas are attractively furnished and comfortable. The farm tour and talk/tasting are excellent in giving an overview of the lavender production and a background to how the family-run business operates today. And who doesn’t love alpacas? Trish is very welcoming, her enthusiasm and love for the place shining through.

Lavender Hill was perfect for our whole family, close to wedding venue. Wonderful hosts went out of their way to accommodate our needs & suprised us with personal touches, home baking etc breakfast incl. . Lovely kind generous Hosts.

How to transform a shed into a beautiful B&B. Lavender fields in front of the house, with Olive trees, Alpaca and sheeps nearby. Lush hills and a great panorama. Relatively easy to find. Good own produce of lavender oil.
A noisy neighbour in the late afternoon and...the olive trees are a bit too close to each other
