La ubicacion es muy buena cerca de todo.

Fuimos con dos niños pequeños esos días hacían frío pero no funcionan los aires solo el del salón .Los tienes encendidos y no sale caliente. Solo tuvimos acceso al ascensor el primer día y la mañana del domingo con lo cual ..subimos 5 pisos!!! Cada vez que entrábamos y salíamos. Se lo comentamos a la dueña y creemos que llamo al administrador porque eso dijo ,cuando yo la volví a escribir para decirle que seguía roto. Vinieron justo arreglarlo el día que nos fuimos y ni una disculpa. Creo que deberían de tener emergencias en los ascensores para este tipo de cosas es mas creo que tienen servicio 24 horas. Así que ya saben si cogen el piso los que le puede pasar

La ubicación es fantástica. Resulta muy cómodo por las estancias con las que cuenta y por cómo está amueblado. La calle es tranquila, cerca hay supermercados y tiene los contenedores para la selección de basuras al lado del portal.

Por decir algo, no hay cubos para hacer la separación de basuras.

Piso moderno y muy bien equipado con muy buena ubicación. La dueña muy amable, muy recomendable.

De dame die ons de sleutel kwam geven en het appartement liet zien was superlief maar sprak geen woord Engels. Mijn Spaans is niet zo goed. Lang leve Google translate.

Tutto perfetto, Accoglienza, disponibilità, pulizia e comfort…il tutto in posizione strategica, in pieno centro, a pochi passi dalla Stazione Nord e Metró. Top

Ruim appartement op prima locatie. Host kwam na een appje snel met de sleutel en gaf een korte rondleiding en uitleg over het appartement. Voldoende koeling voor tijdens ons verblijf maar als het buiten warmer is dan 30 graden dan denk ik dat het ook in het appartement (met name slaapkamers met alleen een plafondventilator) aardig warm kan worden.

Twee handdoeken naar mijn idee te weinig als je drie nachten verblijft.

The Appartments was very spacious with three seperate bedrooms! The kitchen had everything you needed, and it was very nice to have two showers and bathrooms especially with 6 girls :)

One small minus point was that two of the rooms did not have airconditioning. Both rooms dit have a fan on the roof, and with the airconditioning on in the living room and doors open it was doable, but it was a little warm (note it was 36 degrees all week during our stay). And one thing to note: check out time was at 12, but the cleaning lady came at 11:30, so we were a little surprised. We did not have to leave or anything and she just worked around us, but is is a good thing to keep in mind!

Big apparent clean and quiet in central Valencia. Wash machine, fridge and complete kitchen, towels and Soap. Only one ac works at the capacity of the room. That bedroom from the presentation. Close to the metro, buses and CENTRAL STATION, restaurants and shops.

Air-conditioning from the living room is too small for the 2 bedrooms, big living room, one large hall and kitchen. 26 degrees in the room after one day of working AC (when you stay and sleep inside, the temperature is higher). The cupboards were broken and some drawers and doors cannot be opened. the furniture was of all kinds and all colors It was as if it were a collection of furniture found on the streets. the socket in the bathroom high on the wall which cannot be used and which can get wet due to the steam. kitchen furniture in 2 different models. Some doors I fixed because they didn't open properly. I attach pictures. A sink was clogged in the bathroom. Electric panel fuse jumps if you use a washing machine and 2 AC. Loose and unsightly tiles. The view is only of the buildings behind the block and undressed neighbors.

It's an old building with a lot of noises, particularly during the night, you can hear the water pipes. The main bed is uncomfortable and deserves a better mattress.

Very pleasant stay. Place is very clean. We were welcomed by a very nice and friendly host, who handed me the keys (although she didnt know english, but we managed to understand each other). Beds are very comfortable, the two bathrooms are perfectly clean and large. Location is quiet, but near the centre and the historic places.

good location with easy access to buses, and metros to the airport, aquarium, beach, and old city centre. two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 6 beds. nespresso machine.

it could use a maintenance run to fix some (cosmetic) things, like wardrobes, and kitchen cupboards.

great location to exeprience the triple threat of valencia....old, new and beach. Dont miss the cathedral and train station
