location is prime, staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, I recommend it.

the location should make it very that it is not baby/stroller friendly. we struggled a lot with the stairs and tight lift. no accessibility at all. While the staff were very nice in helping us with lifting the stroller

Wonderful staff, spacious, clean and comfortable room in a great location!

Parking was awkward but staff guides you through it! Just dont forget anything in your car as theres no access once parked!

located in a place where the gps couldn’t easily find. recommended the hotel give detailed driving directions (or tell peeps to park at the Astrid parking garage (pretty close)

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was very good, especially the scrambled eggs, but expensive. The location was ideal for walking around town. Parking was just a couple buildings down & easy to get to your car if you wanted to go out of the city limits.

The shower door design caused water to leak onto the floor. In addition the shape was very awkward. Getting to the hotel by car with luggage was a disaster. Once we were able to find the hotel, the car was parked down the road in an inventive car garage. It was amazing how they had engineered a way to park cars & minimize the footprint. The room was a corner room so we got a nice cross-breeze. However, it looks out on the square which is very noisy. Fortunately, it rained most evenings so the streets became empty fairly early. I would not want to stay here during the summer or during their busy season. We had breakfast which I thought was pricey for what you got. But you aren't going to find any deals in Luxembourg! They do make the best scrambled eggs I have ever had!

Very central and great for walking in the old town. All public transport is free, a real bonus. Nice hotel with attentive and helpful staff, good sized room.

We stayed over a week-end, the noise from the bars round about was dreadful, it went on until after 03.00 in the morning. The hotel offered ear plugs and that was as we were checking in. The breakfast was OK, but expensive for what we had. We came by car and it was difficult to get close. Parking was limited but OK, I expect in summer it would be terrible.

the hotel is in the middle of the old town, very nice location if you enjoy parties and bars in the evening. Room services and staffs were perfect.

it can be a bit noisy because there are some popular bars around.

noisy. woken every morning at 6am with a 30 minute rattling of glasses and tables etc. felt like they were stocking or setting up the cafe in the same building perhaps but it woke both of us and lasted for a long period. listed as having available parking which wasnt true when i arrived even though i called to confirm in advance.

This was our third time at this hotel. The location is everything!!!

The bar across the way is open until 3 am and plays very loud music and despite cold weather people party and it is very noisy.

Really, extremely noisy even with the windows closed. I've been on holiday to Ibiza for years and slept beside bars before with not much trouble sleeping there but I've never experienced the noise in that room and for 2 hours after the bars etc closed, there was shouting and roaring from the club and pub goers. We stayed in suite 10. There was no headboards either with the beds pushed together acting as a double bed, room was not comfortable at all. I think it was overpriced in my opinion but the nice staff saved it for me and the room was ready ahead of schedule too which was compensation in some sense.

noise from outside may be a problem but sound proofing is excellent. As we visited during the winter, it wasn’t an issue.

Great place to stay. Perfectly located in a vibrant part of the city, beautiful rooms and good breakfast.

Be aware of the close proximity to bars and restaurants. For some people it might be too loud on weekends.

convenient location

I have stayed here before I asked to move booking due to an accident hotel have the grace to do so but would rather lose future repeat business than accommodate my request. will never use again.
