The staff were excellent, they couldn’t do enough for us. They went out of their way to ensure we got twin rooms rather than doubles, which they didn’t have to do.

Very helpful staff (see below), facilities are nice (pool, breakfast area), great location near bus stops and Lapad beach.

Minor issue with the absence of key for the annex's front door, someone from staff had to come on evenings to open the door whenever someone closes it accidentaly.

Everyone was very kind and some of them were open to having a conversation with us, which we found really nice.

We heard some noise especially that of showers from other rooms. We would like it even more if the room could be more quiet.

Its a good hotel nearby Lapad Beach in the west of the peninsula Lapad. The rooms are clean and renewed in an old building, that can't be denied. Breakfast was well. The beach ist by feet three minutes away but its a pebble beach, okay we are in Croatia, and the lies are expansive. Also staff is really really friendly and very obliging. Bus ist right next to the corner - very good! AND, the curtains are dark, you can sleep well in the room :)

Paid a lot for the hotel, but for that its not as modern as it should be. Especially one thing couldn't be. While the time staying there a grade of school startet their excursion for some days located in the hotel. So the rooms in the floor were full of the pupils having talkings or "partys light" in their rooms whole night. Also in the morning, when you wanted to sleep a bit, it got loud and the children were running while screaming through the floor. For that price it couldn't be!

The location was fab, the balcony had a lovely sea view. A two minute walk to the beach for a swim in crystal clear water. Bus stop just there for ride into the Old Town. Tasty choice of breakfast. Very comfortable beds.

The water in the shower barely got warm.... needs looking at, Room 316. We didn't want to complain as we were having such a fab time.

The location of the hotel is great. My room had a balcony which opened onto a view of the whole bay in front of the hotel. From day 1 at Check-in I was very impressed with the staff, particularly Anita from Reception who greeted me at my check-in and seemed to be there without going home throughout the duration of my 5 day stay. Staff were very helpful. I was particularly impressed and surprised to find the tv in my room was a smart tv. I was able to log into my Netflix account straight away and didn’t have to worry at all about using mobile data to watch Netflix whilst away. Having said that, the hotel wifi was available in all parts of the hotel, although at times the signal did drop a little.

It’s a shame that the hotel rooms don’t have fridge and kettle facilities. Knowing this beforehand I took a travel kettle and some powdered milk, but it would have been good to have a fridge to keep cold drinks cold and to have fresh milk. If these two facilities were provided in the guest rooms it would definitely be a 10/10 from me. Another minor niggle from me was the fact that the rooms don’t hace ‘Do Not Disturb’ signs that you can put on the outside of the room. So every morning was a repeat of the cleaners trying their keys in the rooms and then having to get up to answer the door and tell them I didn’t require housekeeping. This is something that can quite easily be solved.

The location was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was great too.We would definitely go back again.

The location was amazing. The staff were very, very helpful. We lost a bag and they located it. They assisted us with heavy bags, extra blankets and information about the local area. The restaurant was nice and the breakfast was good.

Beds are Not Clean Stayed 5 nights. The 4th day I got bite by bugs on my legs…I thought I got it from outside, so didn't pay too much attention. But the last night of my stay, I couldnt sleep because it was so itch, and then I found much more bite mark in the morning.

The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were excellent. The breakfast was nice for me but a little low on options for vegans. Location was very good. Near the beach, bus and an easy walk to all the restaurants and bars on the promenade.

The breakfast could use a few more Vegan options. The bar area was quite small. Just also be aware the hotel has 2 separate buildings. The main hotel and the Annexe. No lift in the Annexe if you have reduced mobility problems you will find this a problem

Great location for the sunset beach. Get a beach facing view for best appreciation of hotel. Staff organised taxis to and from airport brilliantly. Good buffet selection for brekkie. Bar not overpriced. I will go back.

Had to come home

The pool area was nice, beach literally in front of the hotel and the buses went right around the corner about two times in an hour. Staff was very nice, polite and helpfull, very reasonable price.

There were no elevator in the annex building, and showering was bit difficult because the whole bathroom was wet after that. A kettle in the room would have been nice, but there is lot of places that don't offer that, don't know why? Maybe the safety reasons or something like that?

Good breakfast selection, very clean rooms and well maintained. I did not use the pool, as the water was too cool. Great water pressure, and sufficient towels, unlike some other hotels.

Beds were a bit soft, so I did have some back discomfort.

Good breakfast, frequent cleaning, private parking and excellent service at reception :)
