Rented this home for a relaxing getaway with 2 other couples and everyone loved the house and property! The house had everything you could hope for to enjoy a weekend with friends. There was so much to do at the house you really never needed to leave the property if you didn’t want too. However it was conveniently close to downtown and other areas worth exploring. Everyone loved the delicious & thoughtful gift basket & treats around the house, it was a nice surprise! The only thing I wished we knew about up front was that one of the listed queen beds was actually located in the “bonus property” and not in the main house. While we would have preferred to have all been in the same house, it wouldn’t have necessarily changed our decision to stay here since the house looked so amazing. It just made it a bit awkward having to decide at the last minute who had to stay in the separate building. Otherwise everything was great and would love to vacation here again!

Loved the property!!! Lora was so easy to deal with and really makes the rental special. Little touches everywhere. Candy dishes, chocolate bars on the pillows, even Doritos! The house is so much fun. Pac Man, PlayStation, TVs. You won’t need them though because the pool and lake are the stars. We spent every night and most days just lounging around the pool. Very easy rental, kitchen is loaded with everything needed. Definitely will be back. No one wanted to leave! Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming, unique property. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed to make our visit comfortable. The house was large and spacious, on a beautifully landscaped site, which includes a shaded terrace, outdoor fire pit, swimming pool, and a fishing dock on the Saluda Reservoir. The weather was cool enough for us to spend time relaxing at all these outdoor locations. No luck with our fishing though. The house was clean, well maintained, inviting and had every amenity we could have wanted. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare our meals. The property location was perfect for some of the other excursions we planned. Visiting downtown Greenville to enjoy Falls Park on the Reedy, shopping and dining. As well as boating and more fishing with family at their home on nearby Lake Keowee.

We can't say enough about owner Lora or her amazing Ultimate Lakehouse! Our daughter recently graduated from college and we rented Lora's home to have a place for our whole family to gather and celebrate. From the moment I made contact with Lora, she was such a pleasure to work with and beyond accommodating! Even though our stay was taking place a few weeks before Memorial Day weekend, she made special arrangements to have the pool opened and all of the beautiful patio furniture cleaned and set up! The patio and pool are spectacular (magazine worthy!) and the poolside cabana kitchen (complete with fridge, sink and well-stocked cabinets), bathroom and cozy changing rooms make this a dream setup for entertaining and relaxing! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a beautiful welcome basket of goodies (including S'mores fixin's for the firepit), two bottles of wine and a cake! I've never experienced such warmth, generosity and attention to detail at any of the numerous rentals we've been to through the years. This lakehouse is absolutely one of a kind, warm and cozy with so many fun entertaining "extras" in the great room! And what an incredible kitchen... it has everything you could ever need to entertain! My boys and their cousins took full advantage of fishing off the dock and exploring the lake in the kayaks. Needless to say, we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate with our family--this was a memorable weekend we will never forget!

Such a great property for a family get together, especially at Thanksgiving. Beautiful surroundings filled with fall colors and lake views. The owner was very easy to work with & left us so many special treats - - even the dining table was set and decorated for our Thanksgiving meal with glowing candles and a lovely centerpiece. This property was in a good spot for traveling both to Greenville for shopping & restaurants & also up to Asheville for sightseeing

Located just miles from Greenville you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere once you enter the private driveway. The expansive lake front property with a pool offers something for everyone! The house is absolutely charming with modern upgrades and so many cool spaces. The host is over the top thoughtful.This is truly a hidden gem. We have been to this house twice and we can’t wait to return!

I have rented houses/condos all over the country for the last 15 years and this was the coolest house we’ve stayed in. It’s got a retro vibe but completely modern. Plenty of space and amenities for our family including four mostly adult children. Lora spoils her guests with treats and many conveniences. We loved the house and our time in Greenville!

Our boys had a tournament in and around the Greenville area. The property was perfect for relaxing between games. The kids had a blast fishing and swimming. Communication from the hostess was easy and quick. Directions were very specific which made for very few questions, but the few that I had were answered within minutes.
