super location, nice panoramic view

swimming pool was out of order for all days (>7 days)

The location was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and all the shops if u walk down to your right when leaving and if u walk to the left it’s a 2 minute walk to a shopping centre

The staff was nice, good location, the floors were clean.

In my first room was freezing could the wind blew through the balcony door there was 1,5 cm gap under and beside the door and under the front door was also 2 cm gap so the curtains blew 30-40 cm from the windows it was like a living in a tent. The electricity went of at 22:45 in the evening and I called the desk, and they told me they would be there after 15 min. but they showed up at 8:30 in the morning I did stay in the dark for 10 hours and in the morning the shower was ice cold, so they changed a room for me. But the second room was warm but there came a small black bugs from the wall in the bathroom and I had to shower them down before I took a shower. There was a mold in the walls because of the water who went behind the bathtub when I took a shower. In the kitchen was always a water besides the fridge once me shoos was so wet it was put in the drier. I can't recommend that apartment it was not cheap. Good location, good staff and clean besides bugs and water. In both my rooms I payed for the save and it did not work in both rooms I had to spend some time to wait for a man to fix it but a had an appointment which I needed. to cancel Iam not making it up I have photos. Maybe I was unlucky, but I will never find out.

The swimming pool was fine. Staff was friendly. The location is good.

Very little of kitchen equipment. The sofa was in a bad shape and uncomfortable. The bed also.The apartment is in need of á renovation. No sunshine on the balcony.

Stayed now many times and excellent staff and kind and always helpful

It is a low budget accomodation but with a perfect location close to Playa del Ingles main attractions.

Room on 3rd floor with no sun at any time of the day. Extra cost for wi-fi and quite expensive.

I had to come home .

For the price I paid the apartment was amazing. The cleaner came nearly everyday and also gave us clean towels nearly everyday. The pool was also open till 20:30 which my kids lives as most hotels close their pool for 17:30 so they thought it was great they could go in after dinner. The beach is only a 5 mins walk downhill but on the way back it was some walk uphill but u can get a taxi for less than €3. Also when u get their u have to come down a few stairs to get to reception which isn’t great if u have cases so in this case get someone to stand will the cases and someone to get get the keys because you get two keys one for your apartment and one for the pool gate and one for the parking entrance which has a hill you can walk down with the cases and takes u to the back door where the lifts are. Theirs also a local Lidl 5 mins walk away then a spar 2 mins walk away. Also if your going to the water park or that I found it cheaper going in a taxi than the bus. Lastly the water park is only 8 mins away in a taxi and cost around €30/€35 each but when their if you want to go back for a second day it only cost around €12 each. I wish I knew this at the start of my trip. Also if you do go to the water park book online and book the juice and food package as it’s much cheaper because it’s €5 just for a coke but if you get the €19 food package you get 3 drinks and 3 plates. It’s also a little cheaper than paying at the door and the tickets get sent to your email. Theirs also a Hard Rock Cafe and a McDonald’s down by the beach and it’s a lot cheaper for eating out down at the beach. Lastly if you need to take money out from the bank while away go to a machine at an actual bank because at just the random machines you get charged €5 for using and get €200 for £200 but if you go to a machine at the bank you get €220 for £200 and get charged £3 for using it. I hope someone finds this useful sorry if it’s to long.

Our flight was delayed Did not get answer to telephone call and did not realise gate was open until operator of nearby hotel informed us

it was clean and tired. Slightly dated but it was fine for me. Superb location.

The only thing I thought could improve is the beds beside the pool are so uncomfortable and could be a lot better

very basic rooms but at the price you can't complain. ideal location yumbo is just around the corner and the beach just a short walk. pool area is a sun trap and well maintained.

this is a residential block, most of which are friendly but if you are going for a party holiday I'd avoid this place.

As it’s location, it works. And it’s cheap, which I suppose is what was important? To be honest, spend a bit more money and stay somewhere more comfortable.

So… the apartment is extremely tired, it needs dragging into the 21st century. No kettle, but a coffee machine? Replace that with a kettle! 2 out of the 3 sockets in the bedroom didn’t work, the toaster tripped out the electrics constantly, the hot water (or lack thereof) was a problem - I got a maximum of 90 seconds luke warm water, the sofa was impossible to sit on. Not the most pleasant stay in the world…

Staff were great

Says its is disabled friendly because of ramps and lifts . Thus does not mean that the property is disabled friendly . The main entrance is located down Steps however it is accessible via a ramp at the back of the property and this ramp is like climbing everest. Made even more difficult when you are pushing a wheelchair and pulling a suitcase. Also there was no onside bar.

excellent position, friendly staff, very clean, excellent value for money, everything you need in self catering accommodation.

minor grumble - the sun beds are a bit uncomfortable but that’s the only issue, the place was perfect in every other way.

The hotel was in the best Location for me 1minute to Yumbo Centre and a 10 minute stroll down to the family beach. The pool was cold but refreshing. the rooms are keeped clean and tidy. Better than i expected for the money , i would stay here again. Try for the higher rooms nearest the rd.

As a lot of people have said the WiFi is not very good, the rooms need a little updating .

Easy to get to. Friendly people. Pool view. comfortable beds. Regular cleaning service.

Perhaps a few more utensils in the kitchen area A kettle. More large cups. A hairdryer would be good.
