Room and amenities were great

We had to request for the hotel to honour a drinks discount that was paid for in the package through booking.com and couldn’t be honoured 100% of the time. This depend on the staff then the type of drinks. Which was extremely frustrating every time we ordered. So we went elsewhere.

Very clean and tidy, the property exceeded my expectations. The beds were comfy and clean. The bathroom was clean with nice amenities. The hotel was quiet, even with the pub next door. The buffet breakfast was really good

The window only opened a crack (we were on the 2nd floor), so we could not get a lot of fresh air into the room. But the AC worked just fine. It was further away from the beach than we realised, be good if the hotel offered bike rentals to get about.

Everything! staff were lovely, comfortable beds…free parking, free Buffett brekky & affordable price. We will be back!

Large room and very tidy

Soft mattress and very thick pillows, so was very uncomfortable to sleep and housekeeping didn't clean the room

Accommodating to my early check in and very friendly.

it was clean in every way only issue was floor of the shower had few strands of hair and dirt. Running some water resolved the issue, just disappointing as everything else about the property was great.

bathrooms could do with an update even just some little decor styling but very clean and also had a bath

Exceptional value for money. clean, comfortable and the included breakfast was a bonus. Great staff who were helpful and professional too.

We needed a no fuss bed for the night handy to Mermaid Waters. This hotel was excellent with a free drink and hot breakfast included in the price. We will be back.

One lift not working.

The room was nice. Was good to have the bar vouchers and breakfast, however were unable to use them.

The beds were good, but too soft I think.

Bed is very soft, certainly quality but too soft for us. Nice King size though! Room was lovely, clean and spacious.

Disappointed that I couldn’t tap using phone for security deposit. Stayed a month prior and had no problem, staff member was very unhelpful and told me that they have never allowed it!! thankfully another staff member stepped in and helped out explaining new management had changed rules.
