Very clean and comfortable with friendly hosts. Would highly reccomend. Mark and Helen were extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice to suit everyone. The place was really fresh and clean. We stayed in the superior double which had a lovely view, a big bathroom (walk in shower) and a 4 poster bed. Tea, coffee, and a couple of bottles of water were also included. Also a mini fridge. There is a good sized car park at the back, and just a 5 min easy walk into town. We look forward to staying again the next time we are in Pitlochry.

It is a beautiful property in a great location overlooking the town. The house is very nice. It has wonderful views. I was grateful for good parking. I loved it.

Friendly couple running the house and working hard to be the best!

The back steps to town were a bit slippery in the rain and uneven heights!

We liked everything from the location to the welcoming staff to the excellent breakfasts.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, die Gastgeber Marc und Helen waren sehr freundlich und um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll zubereitet und jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt.

Alles war perfekt - es gab nichts zu meckern.

Breakfast was more than sufficient and enjoyable, hosts were very helpful and pleasant.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and freshly prepared. Location is very good. Easy walking distance of town centre and railway station. Amazing views. As a solo traveller I was made very welcome and would definitely go back. I understand the owners are very new but have lots of exciting plans to improve the accommodation further.

It was very good value for money. I’m sure the property will benefit from the cosmetic improvements planned but the friendliness of both owners needs no improvement.

The room was a little tired, but that didn't bother me too much. However, it wasn't very clean in places. It basically needed a good clean.

Nice, short walk to centre. Free parking,(if all rooms had cars might not be room in car park). When I stayed property was full but was very quiet and peaceful. Well presented, comfortable, bedroom - I slept really well and there was a comfy chair to sit in. Breakfast wasn’t biggest but was very tasty.

The pictures show the front of the property facing the garden. It took a little bit to find entrance as it is immediately as you turn into the street. Although there is a large sign on the wall, I missed it whilst driving. The shower on the afternoon I arrived was only slightly warm - however next two mornings had plenty of warmth; I couldn’t think why this would be.

The visit was superb from start to finish, nothing was goo much trouble for the staff and the fridge in the room was an added bonus which was much appreciated. Breakfast was excellent and I liked the fact that you could fill in a booking form the night before regarding what combination of foods you would like - this ensured the breakfast appeared in double quick time.

I appreciate that the season is now coming to an end and the only less positive point would be that the en suite facilities would benefit from a deep clean. Day to day cleanliness however was good.

Location was great and the owners where friendly and welcoming. Good choice of cereals and a lovely cooked breakfast which you choose the night before.

Sink in bathroom was very low. I have arthritis of the spine and found it very difficult to use. When you opened the bathroom door you walk straight into the toilet.
