Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Das Personal sowohl am Empfang als auch beim Frühstück war sehr sehr freundlich!!

Wir wollten am Samstagabend an der Bar einen Cocktail bzw. Longdrink mit Gin trinken. Der Barkeeper war aber überfordert. Zum guten Glück gibt es ja noch das Restaurent gegenüber, da haben wir etwas zum Trinken bekommen:

Delicious breakfast in the morning, if anything happened to be empty it was pretty quickly refilled. I really enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms are big and comfortable. The location was great as we were competing at the Auster Graz poo. All in all, the stay was really perfect for us.

they allow pets which was our main requirement. the room and bathroom was clean; and the breakfast was good. there is also free parking, the hotel is close to the highway. Decent stop on the way to south.

We had a great experience at Hotel Bokan. First an unexpected welcome from Ms. Bokan herself (this is a family business) Big room. Big bathroom with a fancy door. Then the surprise: there is a wellness center with Sauna, whirlpool and more!

Please promote Hotel Bokan with more details on internet! We didn’t know that there is a wellness center before reservation.

Quiet, large, comfortable room looks out on trees. Excellent breakfast, good restaurant.

Room air conditioning could only be set by the reception. This did not function on our first night. Staff training? Bathroom spacious but lacking shelf space and hooks.

Breakfast was very good, there was everything you might want, perhaps even a little bit beyond that. Hotel which provide complimentary parking was very difficult to find in Graz but here you even get to choose where to park, number of parking spots is really abundant. Thumbs up for not charging extra for parking ulike most hotels in Graz as this is really something what should be included in the price.

I don't know if this is normal in Austria or not, but compared to value for money ratio I normally get i neighboring countries like Slovenia and Italy I was expecting more from my room. Room is very spacious and comfortable but it doesn't have any of the little extras you would expect from 4 star hotel like slippers or complimentary bottle of water for example. Bathroom lacks some shells where you can leave your things away from the sink which would greatly improve it's functionality. Hotel overall feels very corporate, probably not designed with individual travelers in mind.
