Dangerous location, sheets were dirty, sound from the hallway was loud. I could hear a pimp and his employee arguing with someone across the hall. So the security was not great, because they let anyone in the hotel. The doors were not a good barrier from the outside hallway. The remotes to the tv and A/C unit didn't work great. The security lock box didn't work either. The sound from the street coming into the room was really loud. Just wasn't a comfortable reliable stay all at that hotel. Find somewhere else to stay.

there was hair under the pillows and the room was so dark, also there was no windows. so it was creepy

Spacious, dirty, poorly lit rooms. There was no drinking water in the room and when I asked for a bottle, I was told housekeeping handles that. The only person who was willing to help was the lady guard outside.

Obviously, there is a discrepancy between the service the hotel advertises and the actual service you get. Starting at the front desk, in the morning shift the two ladies are very rude, they are suited to run a concentration camp, not a hotel.

The walls are very tight, you can hear everything what happens on the floor.

The parking is convenient and the staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby and restaurant are nice, and the hotel is clean.

There were prostitutes on the street right in front, and the park across the street was very sketchy and dirty.

The staff were all very nice and helpful, though hardly any of them spoke any English. They were responsive when I needed anything, the place was clean, close to transport. I stayed 6 nights and was very pleased.

My room was a bit tight with a king size bed.

Thanks one of the hotels where I've stayed with the best ever staff. Really friendly and always ready to assist you in anything you need. I'd 100% recommend this hotel to any person travelling with their dog
