Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. The hotel was convenient to the bus stop to go to The historical center of Siena.

We had ants in our room, on one of the beds.

Close to Siena town and station. Lovely setting on a hill overlooking Siena . Ample free parking, pretty garden and a big pool. Rooms are simple but have a big bed and a well- equipped bathroom. No restaurant but breakfast is very good and there is a small bar operated by reception staff . Great value for money.

Part of the way to walk into town lacks clear paving & is tricky at the roundabout nearest the hotel. Limited food options beyond breakfast onsite.

Amazing! I arrived late in the evening and had to leave early in the morning. Receptionist was super kind and checked me in swiftly. Everything was already perfectly ready. Room was super nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was exceptionally good. I am sorry I could only stay 1 night, would have loved to stay longer.

Hotel can be a bit hard to reach via bus late in the evenings. From the city centre walking takes about 40 minutes. Make sure to plan your trip back timely - staff is very helpful if you ask.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful. They made our stay an absolute pleasure from start to finish. They helped us book taxis, provided countless recommendations for Siena and even booked a restaurant for us at one point. The staff who covered breakfast were also incredibly punctual, responsive and made a great cappuccino. The rooms are quite simple and basic, but that's fine when Breakfast, the location and the swimming pool is so good. As long as you're not looking for very glamourous hotel rooms, you will love this great hotel!

We paid to upgrade to a room with a view. Not a good idea as the view was underwhelming and the window was over the outside bar area. Extremely noisy until after 2am in morning.

All staff were exceptionally courteous and welcoming. The choice of breakfast was amazing - the quantities and quality was of the highest order. The hot water in the bathroom was always hot. There were three English-speaking television channels I was able to watch. The WiFi was strong and reliable. The pool was large and clean.

Quiet and comfortable. Parking available for free. Swimming pool is better live than in the pictures. Clean facilities.

Poor breakfast. Front desk employees not very polite - this changes your whole mood for the stay.

Clean, comfortable room with good WiFi connection and satellite TV. The breakfast was also very good and the staff very helpful regarding the best way to get to the centre via all the escalators and they also recommend a good restaurant out of town. The pool was great too.
