The staff

dinner was very crowded so we found we had been forgotten a little bit by the waiting staff. we got our wine after we'd started eating the first course.

definitely the location is amazing. 3 great restaurants right at the hotel. beautiful decor at the outdoor spaces with a nice seating areas to relax. short walk to the beach and beach night club.

HAve stayed before and would stay again

Staff in general is really friendly and helpful. Especially at breakfast -which was very nice- good variety and quality food. We had 2 people at our party that couldn't eat gluten and the staff (especially the manager) made a big effort to provide us with suitable options.

I think the hotel is overrated, it does feel like a 3-4 stars hotel instead of 5 stars. Definitely not worth the money they charge. Our bedroom was outdate, though there are others that have been renovated (same price if you stay in one or the other). The 2 restaurants that were open didn't have a lot of options (very little gluten free plates) and staff at the restaurant weren't trained in food allergies. Also, even though it wasn't high season we had to wait a long time to be served and receive our order. They said everyone got to the restaurant at the same time and gave other excuses but I guess this is normal in every restaurant? It felt like they were under staffed. The indoor pool was small and the water quite cold.

The hairdryer took a part of my hair because it’s an old model and I didn’t notice that it didn’t had the fan secured.
