Rooms to small, breakfast was so poor

Nothing was excellent but not so bad that you cannot spend a night with the family, the service was good for the price in the end.

Everything was wrong from start, the person who did our check in, terrible at customer service, no breakfast fir 2 days because the restaurant was being decorated. We were not told about this even though we paid for breakfast. Room it self disgusting, only cleaned room once in the five days we were there, tgey did not change bed sheets and some of the towels they left were dirty.

Very small, no fridge and the AC barely pumped any air.

The rooms and breakfast was different from what its shown in pictures. Furnitures, toilets and towels were old and very used. Towels and bed sheets were clean. Staff was friendly

There was a cockroach in my room and I had to pay 30 bucks, just for someone to chill in my room for a short while. If you want to be in the city city, I would not recommend this place. I was also harassed multiple times by older men and also followed to my room. So I would also not recommend this place for traveling alone, even more if you’re a woman. The toilet had a leakage and the floor would be wet constantly and I had to dry it every time I got back to the hotel. Also the shower was broken, what led to more water on the floor. The staff was nice most of the times but were also ignorant at times. People who live in the area are very nice tho.

I do not know how they can keep this hotel open. Who is giving them the accept to function? The carpets are from 80' and smelling a lot, in the room eveeything is damaged. The door to the balcony is damaged, the tv is out of function...etc

Great services and comfort, very good staff. The facilities are well, the hotel is well located not far from transport shops, etc... I recommend this hotel. Thanks for your welcome !

Good red wine and black olives at the bar. Rather easy to get to the center by bus and metro.

The floor has not been cleaned for some weeks. Wifi works only at the reception area. Breakfast lacking quality and choice.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. Bus station was 5minutes walk away.

The flush system was a little complicated and it leaked a little bit of water from the knob.

the location is literally in the middle of nowhere. very poor customer service and reception is filled with a bunch of liars. i wanted to cancel the reservation to get a refund so before that i talked to them multiple times and came down to an agreement that they will accept the refund request sent by Booking.com and within 2weeks i called them several times asking if they checked the refund request only answers i got from them was the manager is unavailable so i waited called them and talked to the guy on the phone he told me he’s encharge of everything. then he says “i never told you that we will get you a refund” this is what people call fraud
