Picturesque building with great view of Salzburg having cosy traditional styled restaurant. Positive friendly and very helpful staff.

Awkward steps and stairs made wheelchair access difficult - but the management and staff made it as easy as possible by allowing use of fire door entry and access.

No air conditioning

The place is amazing! We were satisfied with pretty much everything. The room was nice and clean, we even got a little balcony. The pool was very refreshing and there is even a hike trial behind the hotel. View is breathtaking! Breakfast was exceptional with the variety of fresh and tasty food. Hotel is far enough from the city to be a quite getaway though it takes 10 min to the city. This place is worth of coming back.

Not much to mentioning though it felt like we didn’t have enough toiletries for the hotel of this category but that wasn’t a big inconvenience.

Quiet hotel in a beautiful location overlooking Salzburg with free parking and very friendly staff. Very nice, large and quiet room with a wonderful view and a nice seating area, very good bed and pillows and plenty of storage options. Very good food for dinner. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be happy to come again.

We had hair on and under the pillows and in the bathroom (and not just one or two) and dust on appliances in the bathroom which is a no-go for a 4-star hotel of this price category. The dinner was very good but prices were high for the size of the portions, especially for the dessert. Not a problem for us but worth to mention that due to the wooden building ironing and the use of electric kettles in the room is not possible. The main point for us is the cleaning which we think is easy to improve and then this hotel is definitely worth to come again.
