Price-quality ratio was quite good. Accomondation was clean and most likely recently renovated. Room was slightly plainly decorated and equipped. Breakfast was simple, but still very valid and good from fresh ingridients. Location of the hotel in the middle of the city was good - all the main attractions can easily be reached by foot. Several restaurants and shops within few minutes walk.

The city block, where hotel is located, is in middle of maybe most busy are of city centrum. Streets passing the hotel are a bit narrow and easily crowded, so the hotel is slightly difficult to reach by car. The parking space offered by hotel can be very tight depending on which place you receive. The hotel entrance is very modest and not that notable.

The rooms seem very basic. Very sterile

Comfortable chair, better towels. I realize that you are not trying to be the Radisson. but some upgrades are needed if people are expected to come back. especially business people. I have rented four rooms in the last six months and believe I need to try another hotel.

The sauna is really nice and the staff very kind. Bed was very comfortable

Central in the town, 5 minutes to Old Porvoo and the river. Great breakfast. Really friendly staff.

The location was great! Just walking distance from the old town. Also right next to the grocery store. We also liked the fact that they have parking spaces because we brought our car with us. The breakfast had good options for vegans, not a lot but better than other places we've been to. The place was also clean and rooms were spacious.

There was no mini fridge. I had to bring my portable fridge because I needed to store my child's milk.

Product : the hotel service was very clean and tidy, price was according to its level . Place which means the location of the hotel is the ideal one. Promotion : it was easily available at the book.com The people: We were satisfied with the customer friendly attitude of the staff Physical evidence : the staff got uniforms , the hotel logo is easily visible . Process : the way they treat the customer was great , a very well organised breakfast was there ,the bath room, comfortable bed with some facilities in the room were fine.

Good and broad selection

A clean place to stay in the center of Porvoo with nice and welcoming personnel willing to answer any question. Dry and isolated indoor parking that cost only 15€. Spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast that contains everything one can wish: both meat and vegan dishes. It is very quiet: you never hear what your neighbors do. Just in several minutes walking from main Porvoo's cultural, architectural and historical sights.

Not too much space for parking. We got to Sparre hotel on motorcycle, and there was just one corner to park it. In the morning, before checkout, I went to check the bike and found that it is blocked by another motorcycle that had parking ticket at the same place. Double booking or something. So I had to get the bike to the street manually for not to damage other vehicles around. And HUUUUUGE pillows. Probably they are fine for most of guests, but as I have some vertebra problems, it was very hard to find a position to fall asleep.

It was clean, and the room contained all the basics, but the style, comfort and atmosphere didn't meet the expectations for the very high price we paid. The location is perfect. Breakfast was okay, basic.

Would be happy with everything if we paid 50 euros less for the night. The service and style of the room didn't meet expectations. Room is styled with Ikea furniture, felt more like an airbnb. The hot dishes at the breakfast weren't great. In general just felt that it wasn't worth the money.
