- Location was good, very close to the beach and to a few nice restaurants. - Swimming pools were nice, we were surprised to be able to get sun beds even arriving a bit late. One big plus for us is that many of the sun beds were in the shade of the trees, therefore totally protecting our young baby. - The reception staff were very friendly and even let us borrow some a sun umbrella for the beach, left by another guest. This was super super handy!! - I could see there's a lot to do with kids. Many activities, a playground, animation... Maybe if my child was older he would have had a blast!

- This hotel shouldn't say they have parking. They have maybe 15 parking spots in the location (some of which are for disabled guests and EV charging). All the other cars must park in a terrain in front, or on the road, under the scorching sun. And the road parking is also shared with people who are spending the day in the beach. That means walking with baby and luggage through a road (with no proper pedestrian passage) in the 40ºC heat for many many meters. Carrying the baby under the scorching sun was out of question, so whenever we wanted to go out, one of us had to always go ahead to the car, and come back to pick up the other and the baby in front of the hotel. Still, the car was always burning hot, and eventually we refrained from using the car as much as we wanted, because our baby would cry non stop as soon as we entered. - The other reviewers are not joking when they say the hotel is outdated or old! In general the hotel just looks like it must have been somewhat glamorous in the past, but now is decadent. Some parts are just ugly to look at - ok, doesn't matter as much. Some parts are a bit more bizarre, like the carpet on the hallway that looks absolutely filthy, or an entertainment room that looks like a warehouse of old armchairs. - The food was horrible. We just ate one lunch the day we arrived because we were exhausted and starving and that was one of the worst meals I had in my life. It's hard to imagine how that's even possible in a hotel this size. Do not go for lunch and dinner included... There are nicer restaurants around. Breakfast was ok, though. - The least they could do is have some water in the mini fridge in the room (even if it's paid!). We arrived dehydrated and with a headache from the trip, and not even a drop of potable water in the room, not even to take a painkiller.

Toller Ausblick auf Anlage, Bucht und Portocolom. Unser Zimmer lag im obersten (siebten) Stock, so konnten wir alles überblicken. Das Bett war groß und gemütlich. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Animation gut und nicht aufdringlich. Das Frühstück wurde bis zum Ende komplett aufgefüllt.

Der Kühlschrank funktionierte leider nicht und oben im Bad gab es wohl mal Feuchtigkeit und die braunen Flecken wurden überstrichen. Man sah sie trotzdem. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Schlüsselkarte funktionierte erst nach mehreren Versuchen.

El personal de limpieza si empezaba a las 8 por tu planta ya no podias dormir, hacen mucho ruido y se escucha todo.
