The location was excellent and the small boutique hotel was full of character , small and inviting . (We don’t like large commercial hotels with large lobbies and heaps of people ) so it was perfect

We thought it strange the reception had no local recommendations and redirected us to the local tourist office . It just wasted our time finding the office and we are older and have walking issues , much easier to be recommended local places to go on arrival . I had to ask for a map one wasn’t automatically given to us However the staff were very helpful in all other ways . We asked for extra pillows which were no problem . How ever we hated the old lumpy doona / duvet / quilt which although was clean was obviously washed many times . At this price it wasn’t a good impression. However we got a brand new bouncy one when it was changed . It was just a shame not to have had the new one in the beginning.

Ideal location, exceptionally helpful and caring staff, efficient valet parking, bathroom zone very cleverly divided into a toilet and a shower parts - a true home in the heart of charming, unforgettable Salamanca!

The staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Chef Óscar provided very tasty and quality food selections. The facilities were visibly clean.

I did not like that I could not stay at that hotel longer. I had to return to the capital.

Lage, Design

The suites do not have a view - you can’t look out the windows since they are located right under the ceiling high above. Although the suites are on the highest floor, you feel like living in the basement.

The hotel's central location made walking around the city a pleasure. The staff were all very attentive and the room was both comfortable and beautifully appointed.
